Paul, when the shortages caused by COVID showed some of the issues with our food supply chain, I became interested in learning more about how the government has pushed the little guys out of business so that the Smithfield Farms type companies make a ton of money by squeezing the farmers AND the consumers. What can citizens do to help bring back small kill/process facilities so we can get local beef from local farmers without scheduling processing 18 months from now?
