Oh how I pray my son will come to the knowledge of the Truth and leave the lies of the enemy. (New Age Movement)
You're been on so many podcasts lately outside of New Age to New Heart, and all of them are awesome! Each of them has so many gems of truth. Thank you for exposing all of this and bringing the darkness into the light.
I love that description for shadow. ( The flesh) fed the spirit starve the flesh.💞😊
Great episode. I learned a lot here about the topic and how I might confront occultists.
Thank you so much for having me on. Deeply thankful to have these important discussions with Pastor Jon. He has shepherded me through the impact of many of these lies that I once believed.
Thank you so much for joining us Jac.
Thanks for this video, it helped me connect some more dots.
Many psychological modalities put people through this exact thing, going back to traumatic experiences in order to "integrate". Dave Hunt has a few good talks about psychology.
The clip of the man questioning the woman reminded me of a course I did at church where you had to ask Holy Spirit to bring up a memory and invite Jesus into the past situation, taking yourself back into the feelings you felt and see what picture or words you hear from him to heal the past wound.
I’m not sure if this is similar to Sozo but it seems like that new age type stuff crept into churches.
I came from a new age background into Christianity and it saddens me to think even in the church I was sucked into this kind of stuff.
I always enjoy their discussions on the occult.
The occultists assume that what is natural to a person is right. This is the naturalistic fallacy. It assumes what is ought to be.
Jon is very perceptive, I think probably because of his education in philosophy.
Yes. And because he has studied the real thing which makes the counterfeit extremely transparent. I would assume that those who study counterfeit money spend more time examining the real thing rather than the fake. God bless.
