If it a Mussoorie vlog, you'll have my "Like" by default :) Spent 6 yrs of my initial education there. However, I would disagree on your point about riding neutral. That's extremely risky as 1. It'll damage the brake pads & 2. You never know when the brakes fail. On the contrary, the ideal way is to ride on low-end gears and use engine braking..
Ps. At the top of Landour, you'll find this cafe called "Cafe Ivy" and it is just mesmerizing :)
