Hi all, just want to verify that the solution that worked for me was turning off directx 12 and downgrading to 11. Need to restart, and the left pillar finally turns \o/ My refresh rate stayed at 60hz, didn't need to adjust that.

Turning on V sync to (FULL) is what fixed mine. I have known this to fix other old games that had graphics issues.

to resolve this bug you must put the game at 60 FPS, disable exclusive full screen mode and disable directx 12.

Solutions to the problem with rotation - get under 90 fps in the game
Possible ways to do it
1. Enable v-sync or v-sync half refrash rate
2. Make maximum graphics settings to reduce FPS in the game
3. In your video card software (Msi Afterburner, Evga precision x1 and others) enable power adjustment and set it to minimum (20-30%) for the duration of the puzzle.
The last solution will help everyone 100%

Definitely play with the graphic settings that somehow affect the refresh rate. I have AMD gpu so that option for me its disabled but the 60hz comment caught my attention so y set :
DirectX12 -> ON
Fullscreen -> OFF
resolution modifier -> MINIMUN
vsync -> HALF Refresh Rate
Most of those options can be set at the pre-launch screen

Help. So, I have an Asus RTX 3070 Tuf Gaming OC...I lowered by refresh rate from 144hz to 60: did not work. I switched my ray tracing shadow quality to ULTRA, still does not work...meaning, the pillars do not turn at all. I see you say the solution is to lower your FPS...I mean, yes I do overclock the 3070 but also my CPU is an 5800X3D. Basically, I am stuck on this part in this game until I figure out how to get around this bug...ANY help would be much appreciated.
