i tried put all setting as lowest as it could be... no use..... even the v sync off....... just when i set the v sync 'half reflash rate', it was fixed.....

shit ass game, guess im just the dumb ass for wasting my money on this. nothing worked. none of the comments either. i guess the devs are playing on a 2002 box computer so they didnt have this issue

Turning on V sync to (FULL) is what fixed mine. I have known this to fix other old games that had graphics issues.

Definitely play with the graphic settings that somehow affect the refresh rate. I have AMD gpu so that option for me its disabled but the 60hz comment caught my attention so y set : DirectX12 -> ON Fullscreen -> OFF resolution modifier -> MINIMUN vsync -> HALF Refresh Rate Most of those options can be set at the pre-launch screen

Turn off direct x 12....works 100%
