  • The March Brown Emerger has been a very successful fly for me over the years. It is the first fly that I turn to during a March Brown hatch when fish appear to be rising, but are ignoring the mature duns on the surface of the river.
    Dressing:
    Hook: Size 10 Kamasan B100
Tail/ Schuck: Dun Zelon or similar
Abdomen: Hare's mask/Pearl Ice Dub mix
    Rib: Copper wire
    Wing: CDC feathers
Thorax: Hare's mask/Pearl Ice Dub mix
