Madam you are explaining beautifully about Laser Chirping dynamics especially gradually jumping through Josepheson Effect.
The ionisation behaviour of storm can be controlled by femto laser chirping that may be our later pulsed laser application Madam.
A flash can be made especially applcable in femto laser technology by pulsed lasers.This was applied by Nobel prize winner in chemical bonding which was great success by Ahmed Zewail during chemical reaction wit flashes of laser light.Thank you madam.
