Shows how little reading and Indocentric worldview these Gurus have.Christs commandments: He must be mistaking Jewish law with Christ.Old testament is a Jewish Book for Christian reference not a Christian Holy tradition.

killing of animals, mass slaughterhouses, this is not a divine commandment. Divine is compassion towards animals.

I understand your point, but Srila Prabhupada's emphasis is on the importance of following spiritual principles, not just claiming affiliation. He's stressing that true devotion requires purification of the heart.
In Christianity, Jesus taught: 'If you love me, keep my commandments' (John 14:15). And 'Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar' (1 John 4:20).
Srila Prabhupada's message aligns with this: one must cultivate selfless love and purity to truly follow God. He's not criticizing Christianity but encouraging genuine spiritual growth.
The commandments are fundamental principles preventing barbaric behavior. Ignoring them even undermines the foundation of humanity, thus gravely undermining spiritual growth.
Srila Prabhupada's teachings echoes with what Krsna has said in Bhagavad-gita (13.8-12) about the basic principles for spiritual growth, which are: non-violence, truthfulness, self-control, and detachment.
And It's not about 'Indo-centric' or 'Christian-centric'; it's about universal spiritual principles. Srila Prabhupada's message transcends sectarian boundaries, urging all to strive for genuine spiritual growth.
