For all my fellow old gits (I'm 50) that say that there is no good music made anymore for gods sake wake up to the sheer talent and creativity of these guys and others like them. Don't get me wrong I still love my old Jethro Tull and Genesis albums but EE have moved on. We do not need tribute acts as long as there are bands like this making sublime music.
There's so much talent at the moment, it just seems to be as you get older the way that music is discovered is vastly changed and you don't does cover as much music as you could have done in the day. Can't complain about amount of talent out there when there's so much, just coz it's not in the top40 doesn't mean it's not there.

Simon Cowell and his like have created a society of zombies listening to the Musical version orwells new speak. You know when kids think ed sheeran and Sam smith are cutting edge the main stream is fucking doomed! At the moment I'm listening to st vincent, Dutch uncles, these guys, honeyblood and unknown mortal orchestra. All brilliant modern bands who most people have no chance to hear on the heavily controlled brain dead radio!

Man, I met this band last year with Get to Heaven and I. Still. Can't. Get. Over. How. Great. They. Are. Seriously, it's impressive how they've influenced me so much in such a short time - music, lyrics, everything! I'd love to see them live so much!
These guys are so fkn way up there. Whatever one finds catchy at first, be it the voice, the drums, the lyrics, the arrangements, etc, leads to the other components which are "by the book". Elegant, stunning, and I gotta chime in: Why aren't they as big as they deserve? (Which in my humpty opinion is something next to "world domination".) And this one: Although I like the alternative version even better, that curve the voice does in the finale, how the roughness kicks in... sublime. Brilliant music improves the world, thanks! 🐻👌🏼🎼💕

Songs like this need to be listened to more than once for you to appreciate them. Once you know the song you you love it for the rest of your life and never get bored of it. This music is a work of art. Pop songs might not be boring on first listen but they are boring and annoying after 10-20 listens
this band will seriously enhance your sense of well being. just amazing, exploring the gamut of emotions. truly you must explore EVERYTHING they have done and will do. such an appositie name as well. simple and effective video. the lyrics are universal, especially the reference to children - so true.

Just got my tix for October in London. Saw them 3-4 weeks ago, possibly one of the best gigs I have ever seen. Just SUPERB live. This album is their magnum opus, not a shit track on it. Epic stuff, superb talent.
