Sounds better at slower tempo - 0.75 playback speed...try it, you can't go back
Reminds me ofthe episode about Chernobyl where the workers are throwing radioactive material into the pit
He's like a modern day bard documenting how capitalism is killing us
The subtle ferocity of “like why does everybody feel the same” is perfect.
Just discovered this band by Radio 1 playing this song while i was driving, i literally had to stop and use snapchat to find the name, i don't know what it is about this song and I'm not an emotional person at all but that chorus resonates with me like no other song. everyone has a different taste in music, but this is my perfection, the melody, lyrics and modern feel with the subtle use of the xylophone (or similar instrument) mastered beautifully with extremely great vocals. good job guys have truly created a masterpiece and good luck though 2024.
I’ve listened so much to this song on the stereo during my wifes pregnancy that my baby boy now falls to sleep to Cold Reactor. I can tell he’ll be a fan for life.
The best part about our civilization’s continued collapse is all the great Everything Everything music we’ll keep on getting as accompaniment.
I couldn't make out the lyrics live, but now I am catching all the references to modern online socialization. EE is always making meaningful art. I couldn't love this band any harder.
Another amazing track. Possibly the most underrated band in existence at this point, consistently good since their first album.

& so begins the cycle of obsessing over every new single until the album's release, and then obsessing over the album for the rest of my days.
