Thanks for this tip about Scene Edit Detection! This is a huge time saver. I like your example of creating in and out points that span the different cuts. That works great and the resulting clip isn't jumping around. Thanks for pointing this out to us, Kyler.
Love the feature so far. And thanks for the extra tip on the Scene Detection to cut the videos up. Question, is there a way to stop the scene from continuosly "auto detecting"? In the effects control when I go in and choose "overwrite generated path" to clean up the keyframes, Premiere every few seconds will start to analyze the clip again which slows up the workflow. I want once its done its first analyze for everything to stay locked in because it typically does a good job initially.
Hey Kyler, thanks for the great video! Does this work best with an exported video, or will it also work on an editing sequence where all the clips, audio, sfx etc are still individual?
Everytime I use auto reframe- it only applies to the clip I clicked on?? Idk if they removed this feature because it was working for me a few weeks ago!!
Thx, great video. I have aquestion, maybe you can help me. What if i want always want two people who are playing basketball will be on the screen. In my case one ist always al little bit outside?
I just came here for the auto reframe but then i got the auto cut too??? THANKS A LOT DUDEEEEE YOU SAVE MY LIFE

If I need to reframe something manually after, I just delete the auto reframe effect for that specific clip and manually adjust.
This is going to be so helpful. Thanks! 🙏🏽
So glad!

It will work for both but prlly better when you have your original sequence so you can customize more if needed.

You can manually cut the frame or adjust the auto reframe key frames to stay locked in the ball. Kinda tedious but not so easy.
TYSM!!!
you're very welcome!
Thank you a lot!
You're welcome!
Any idea why mine will analyze, but nothing is different after? I've tried with so many clips, and it never actually creates any new cuts! Thank you!
Is this regarding the scene edit detection?
Thanks for tutorial
