A second day of observances honored Rosalynn Carter on Tuesday culminating in a tribute service at Emory University.
Family and dignitaries alike paid their respects to the former first lady and trailblazing mental health and caregiver advocate. Former President Jimmy Carter, along with other presidents, all living first ladies, and national and local officials and dignitaries were present at Tuesday's service.
