Thanks for the explination however when I'm in the Parental Controls Properties I can't change the startup type. It's set on manual and the popup still appears every few minutes
Here are a few things to try:
Run Services as Administrator:
Open the "Services" window (search for "services.msc" in the Start menu).
Find "Microsoft Family Features" service, right-click, and select "Properties."
Go to the "Log On" tab.
Click "Browse" and choose your user account.
Ensure "Allow service to interact with desktop" is checked.
Click "Apply" and then try changing the startup type to "Disabled" again.
Check Group Policy (For Windows Pro or Enterprise):
If you're using Windows Pro or Enterprise, Group Policy might be overriding the settings.
Search for "gpedit.msc" and open the Group Policy Editor (Note: This is not available in Windows Home).
Navigate to "Computer Configuration" > "Administrative Templates" > "Windows Components" > "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" > "Microsoft Defender Smart Screen."
Look for a policy named "Configure Microsoft Defender Smart Screen (Manage app and publisher reputation)."
If it's enabled, see if it can be changed to "Disabled" to prevent pop-ups related to family features. (Consult your IT department if unsure about modifying Group Policy)
Consider Third-Party Antivirus Interference:
In rare cases, some third-party antivirus software might interfere with these settings. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus to see if the pop-ups stop. Re-enable your antivirus after testing.
System Restore (Last Resort):
If none of the above work, consider performing a System Restore to a point before the pop-ups started appearing. Note: This might revert other changes made to your system as well.

It worked tysm my chrome opened again bc last time i opened chrome those thing pops up randomly and closes my chrome
