Sir, there is a sentence in the video
I eat boiled eggs , so there are 2 verbs in it eat and boiled.
So sir I want to ask that in the sentence no verb will be the helping verb.
Yes, there is no any helping verb in this sentence. Here 'eat' is the main verb. Actually non-finite verbs are not verbs in true sense instead they are other parts of speech, for example here 'boiled' is an adjective.
