من الافضل عمل ..flush back بسرنجه فارغة ونسحب دم اولا حتي نتاكد من عدم وجود ...blood clot ..في الtip of catheter لاني لو عملت... flush ب ..NS ممكن اخلي ال ..clot تدخل ال.. circulation

I thought you couldn't measure CVP if they are on the vent. The PEEP will throw off that measurement.

Please don't forget to scrub the hub before each hub access as menitioned in the maintenance bundle of cvc
