I have a kind and giving nature, but have been let down by friends and family who said awful things about me being “too generous” 🙄 so I shut everyone out of my life and went into a dark season-it’s not my nature to be this way. However, if you have a generous personality too, I highly recommend volunteering!! Best thing to do is help disadvantaged people in need, it fills my cup and I can walk away knowing no one is going to gossip or think they need to repay me, volunteering saved my mental health.

This lady has not only been through the grind but also in Christ she has struggled and seeked, the help she needed and can teach us too do the same. Applaud 👏 you for the strength 💪 and courage it took to say, Yes, even as a counselor we are not OK. Yes, even as a Christian we are not OK but it is OK to seek help. First before the Lord and Spirit lead, then in the community of believers, Christian Counselors and Medical assistance if need be. 🙏🕊😍💐
Yes, this lady has *sought* the help she needs. I too applaud her for her courage. ❣️💔❤️🩹 Some of us more fragile believers need the help of our families and Christian counselors
My emotional health work has been the best work I have ever done for myself, it's a lifelong journey. If we all do it our world would be a better place. ❤
