he is very pragmatic and high IQ. not easy trying to build and run a country especially after the end of the civil war in 1998. cambodia had to start from zero, literally. building all the infrastructure, human resources and industries will be a difficult task but one which i think cambodia will succeed. detractors always tend to simplify things and think nation building is easy

Cambodia government should make it easier for businesses' registration/application. Can the government implement a one-stop application for all? Instead of jumping/applying from one ministry to another ministries; it's very discouraging even for Khmer/Cambodians themselves. Plus, this so-called one-stop application should reduce corruption along the way. Small businesses are the backbone of Cambodia's economy; therefore, the government should provide leverage or some sort of amnesty for local business investors.

If they do, please do research on the corrupt government, violence, cyber crimes, money laundering, kidnappings and above all the dictator government subservient to Vietnam and China. The Cambodian officials are corrupted to their core. The Khmer people are suffering like never before and their homes and lands were taken by force and sold. Millions of Khmer flee their homes to find work in the neibouring countries. Cambodia with no democracy, no human rights, no security, no safety. Who would want to invest there?
