Hi from Alberta, Canada - I have been growing a store bought pineapple top which in March of 2021 decided to flower and set fruit. The plant is approx. 2 years old, growing in a sunny east/south window of a sunroom in my home. The fruit is 2 fists tall with good leaf growth. A 12” pot, with rich black loam, was used to plant the pineapple in. The plant is also sending out slips between the leaves. Quite unusual for our part of the country !

Awesome video loaded with excellent information. Next time that Shelley and I are on Kauai, we’ll add their tour to our list. We missed out on so much when we were there in September of 2019. Had we known that it was going to be our last trip for a while, we would have stayed two weeks instead of one. Aloha, and stay safe.

I was able to try their pineapple while working there this past summer, but didn't managed to catch them at the farmer's market. Next time I'm out there, I'm definitely going to get some of their delicious sugarloaf pineapple!
