This car deserves being shown at the Peterson Museum. Barris contributed a lot to the success of Hot Rod magazine and Robert E Peterson. .

So clean that it t is ready for museum But if you know the Hot rod museum dosent have any more room.
I picked up a suburban out of the vault that was Mr Petersens personal 2nd car in
2007 and the basement was packed with his multiple ferraris and other odd vehicles
      I still have it; 4X4 454 1995

Chip -- This series has been amazing. One of the best of any auto series... this was about preservation of a historic piece that a very few realized it existed. You preserved a car and a story for everyone to enjoy. Congrats to the Foose Design channel.

I wrote my last comment at the beginning of this RUclips segment, I think you are absolutely the best in the industry. Your sense of "family" and compassion is the essence of what this "hobby" is all about.. Keep following your direction. You are what drives just to try things beyond our shill levels.

Chip, you are TRULY one "lucky" SOB . Not only do you have the opportunity to play/work with the epitome of automotive designers (such as Chuck Barris). You can get away with "tweaking" some of those cars to fit modern standards. This one didn't need any tweaking, just the application (on the exterior) of a lot of elbow grease, soap, water and wax. All that said, if I could afford you, I have a couple of cars I'd LOVE to have you do similar restorations on. NOT "resto-mods"!

❤❤❤ Thank you Chip for taking the time to bring this car back to the masterpiece that Barris and crew made it into all those years ago. I love all the back story and family connection to the family that owns it to Barris’s daughter and Chip’s upbringing that ties it all together. I grew up in an automotive family and the connection and memories that I carry with me are priceless. If the car is sold I hope whoever buys it respects it as much as you did Chip on keeping it original.

Well I enjoyed all the episodes bringing this old George Beris car back to life.
Been a car enthusiast my whole life played with hot wheels in early 70's.
My uncle's and Aunties worked for General Motors right after WWII in Richmond California then it moved to Fremont California. Retired out when they moved to KC. Some cousin's had to move with the company to retire out.
In Fremont I used to hear the car's on the drag strip racing. Back in the 1970's.
Got to see the GM worker's drive up to the Union hall in the brand new Fire Birds with the flaming Bird on the hood and many other Hot Rods.
Being kid's my brother's and I loved the look and sound of the car's.
My Pop's took me and my younger brother to are first big Hot Rod and Roadster show in Oakland California late 70's I was hooked ever since on all vehicles that people designed anything that has an engine in it. Heck even if it has wing's on it I can appreciate the engineering that went into it to get it in the air. To they guy building a car in his driveway.
