For wickedness, i think my fav enemy is still that .. i think he was called 'arch vile' or something?
The guy where you hear him go, "Aaaaaahhhhh" in a low, creepy voice, then you start hearing your skin crackle,, you see flames, and finally he would explode you back and upwards into the air.
he would go around reviving demons.
