10” sliding drawer brackets from Home Depot or Lowe’s. I chose the soft closing brackets so it will have friction and stay in place. It takes a little force to start the open and close action. I’m sure regular ones will work too but I chose soft close.

And brackets are screwed into the handle of the grill, and the brackets screwed into the wooden shelf.
Pardon my ignorance but how did you secure the T-nut to the grill.
