Relocating from So. California to Houston in a few months. Humble, Cypress, Pearland and Sugarland were the designer areas, after seeing Missouri City (Sienna) with a 41% Black population its a rap!!! Missouri City here i come.
I don’t believe it will stay like that forever. The heights used to be like that now you have those tiny little bungalow that are being sold in mid 500’s most middle class families can’t afford them.
I’ve lived in and around the Missouri City area off and on for over thirty years. Missouri City and its ETJ have been very diverse the entire time. The percentage of the Black population has always been sizeable with people moving from one section to another.
Depends on your budget 77459 Sienna Plantation new construction, resale homes; Lake Olympia. If you want custom home there’s a couple of small gated communities.
77459.. I used to live off Hwy 6 right by Riverstone, it was beautiful! Best area in the Houston metro imo, that part of missouri city is basically Sugarland. My fav Htown suburb. 🙂
@@mochamami439 I always thought the street signs red/ blue indicated MCity and the ones in solid blue were SL. By riverstone, I became confused when some areas with the red and blue street signs had a Sugarland address? Do you know what that's about?
