Yes, I tend to do that as well! Lighter-colored clothing go with florals and citric perfumes, darker colors with spicy perfumes. At least in my head :)))
Don’t keep them in the bathroom! They need to be somewhere cool and dark to last as long as they should. I collect and have over 300 bottles. Storage is key to keep it in great condition. While EDP vs EDT should technically be about strength, they almost always have very different notes. You can read the differences on a site like Fragrantica. My favorite are Baccarat Rouge 540, Shalimar EDP, Lancome Oud Bouquet, SJP Stash, Papillon Salome, Chanel Coromandel, and Bruno Acampora Musc.

I do not care what anyone says, Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy has been my scent since highschool and I LOVE it. People think it's juvenile, but I get complements on it every single day. I tried to branch out and settled on the grown up version D&G #3 L'Imperatrice for special occasions, but on the daily, Britney Spears will always have my heart. Juicy berries, ripe plum, sparkling and sweet.

I love that your collection is so manageable and curated. I have about 100 fragrances, and I have them separated into “cool weather scents” and “warm weather scents”. I have Miss Dior Cherie and love it.
You have a lovely collection. As a perfume collector (500 scents in various sizes from samples to bottles) I will say that light and heat are the enemy of your perfumes so the bathroom isn’t the best place to store them even though they make for a pretty display. But if you keep your collection small enough to use them up quickly they shouldn’t go off. Something to keep in mind.
Miss dior eau de parfum was reformulated in 2017 and it is a completely different perfume now. I guess that in your video you talk about the 2012 version (since you said that this was your third bottle). However, the notes that you mentioned are those of the newest version. The 2012 one (which is discontinued now) has mandarin, jasmine, rose, patchouli and musk.
Hi, Great video! I was at Nordstroms and tested the Flower bomb Nectar. As I walked in the mall with my friend nine, yes nine people, complemented me on the fragrance and asked what I was wearing. So as we left I purchased it. The scent just worked on me. Although, you are correct, use it sparingly and I find it a fall winter scent.

Coco mademoiselle! There is an intense version as well.. I suggest going to have a sniff first at another fragrance outlet.. Then buy online. Fragrance is different for everyone. I remember that tati raved about Angel and totoalmakeupjunkie raved about Si and I don't like either of them. Coco Mademoiselle seems to be a fairly universal favourite though. I also love Alien and Chloe love story 😊

I love how scents can take you back down memory lane!! I have no idea what perfume I wore on my wedding day but I know exactly what my husband smelled like. He’s tried a few new scents and I always make him go back to the one he wore when we were dating and got married. I also always buy him the same deodorant because the mix of the two smells so good to me 😍

My wedding day perfume was Lilac I think by Pacifica. The scent of lilac is sentimental to me, my great grandpa planted lilacs for my mom when my parents got married. Somehow the lilac bush always blooms around my moms birthday or Mother’s Day. During our honeymoon, I bought a dragons blood roller ball to remember our honeymoon and wedding. I decided I will wear it on our first anniversary to the second. Tomorrow is our first wedding anniversary and we went to Nashville Indiana (highly recommend) and I got a Egyptian Queen roller ball perfume so I can wear on our second anniversary.

I bought Best Indigo based on your recommendation... I'm in love. I was born in '76, so grew up in the '80's, and after it sat on my skin for a few, I smelled it and had a flashback to opening a Cabbage Patch Kid on Christmas! Something about the scent took me there. Also, I'm a social worker without much money, so I bought it in a set on QVC. Very reasonably priced ($30ish), and ALL the scents smelled good, which is surprising! Thanks Jessica!
I used to keep my perfumes displayed on a glass tray although when we redecorated our bathroom I had a large drawer in the vanity made for perfumes. I feel the scent stays much longer if it isn't exposed to so much light.

Oh my God, la vie est Belle is my signature scent, literally wear it every day! Have worn for years and literally once a day at least I get asked what I'm wearing 😂 but it's absolutely beautiful and I cannot stop wearing it! Will definitely try some of your recommendations 😉 xxx
Hi Jessica Really enjoying hearing about your perfumes. As someone with a ridiculously extensive collection of perfume I just want to warn you that although the bottles look lovely on the shelf, as your collection grows you might find it better to keep them in the box. Perfume degrades so much quicker in light and anywhere temperature changes a lot (which my bathroom does) so I keep mine in their boxes in a drawer in my bedroom. Doing that I have perfumes 10 years old that are fine, whereas I can remember my first expensive perfume that I kept out on display as I was so proud of it went off within a couple of years, the end of it smelled really off and I had to throw it out, I was so sad.
I love Si, Tocca Stella, Target's SugarBerry, Guerlain's Classique, Elizabeth & James White, Love's Baby Soft, and all the Jennifer Aniston versions. Back in the day, it was Anne Klein, Anais Anais, and Rapture.

The black opium is one I thought I would looooove. It did not mix with my body chemistry and It smelled like I rubbed an incense stick all over myself. I was so disappointed Tom Ford black orchid. And inigo by nest are my two favorite scents
"It smells like this bottle looks" is the perfect way to describe Indigo. All the Nest fragrances are so unique and lovely. Definitely take a minute to smell them if you get the chance.
My sister got La Vie Est Belle one year for Christmas. My mom loved it and got a bottle. I was a broke college student, I saved up for a roller ball of it. My sister wore it for her wedding, 6 of her bridesmaids bought a bottle the week after. Basically, this is all the women in my family wear now 😂

Nest Indigo is my ALL TIME FAVORITE scent. I cannot put my finger on what it smells like but it makes me SO HAPPY. I'm glad Glossier works for you because I sprayed it on me and almost vomitted. LOL! It did not work with my body. I threw it straight in the garbage.
I do not know how I am not subscribed to you. I used to watch your videos all the time! Last year I purchased two bottles of perfume, which after buying i realized I cant wear because they contain lavendar or raspberry. But thos3 two are the ones starting my scent journey. I never was into perfumes before. This year ive got tons. I like to buy from the stores. But its nice to know you get them really cheap online. I might end up doing that seeing this is my new addiction. I used to walk in to sephora ignoring th3 perfume aisle and only go for skincar3 and makeup. Same for ulta. Now first thing I do go to perfumes. Most of the time I dont wander anywhere else.
My "signature" scent is Costume National's So Nude Eau de Toilette. Notes: Ylang Ylang, Damask Rose, Tuberose, Cardamom, Cedar Wood, and Patchoili. I wear it mainly in the Fall/Winter because it's a heavier scent. My favorite Spring/Summer scent is Anais Anais Original. The notes are: Green Hyacinth, Honeysuckle, Lily, Lily of the Valley, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Rose, Vetiver, Moss and Musk. It's sweet without being too sweet.

We have such similar taste in perfume. My favorite is the Daisy Eau so Fresh, Ô oui by Lancôme (discontinued thought) so I tried La vie est belle and I love it! I also love Flowerbomb. And I have tester size of Black opium, Nest Indigo and miss Dior eau de toilette and I really enjoyed them. I love mandarin, patchouli and iris scents. I also have a sample of the new Mugler one, Aura and I’m digging it!

Be careful with storing your perfumes in a bathroom. The bathroom temperatures can affect them.
The heat and steam can cause makeup and skincare to go bad quicker so it is not only perfume

Lauren Olson Pacifica has some of the best perfumes I’ve tried. I’m super sensitive to smells and none of pacificas perfumes give me migraines.

Btw the worst things for perfumes is heat and humidity(storing them in bathroom). Time rarely ever makes them go bad it’s always heat and humidity...

I bought Best Indigo based on your recommendation... I'm in love. I was born in '76, so grew up in the '80's, and after it sat on my skin for a few, I smelled it and had a flashback to opening a Cabbage Patch Kid on Christmas! Something about the scent took me there. Also, I'm a social worker without much money, so I bought it in a set on QVC. Very reasonably priced ($30ish), and ALL the scents smelled good, which is surprising! Thanks Jessica!

I used to keep my perfumes displayed on a glass tray although when we redecorated our bathroom I had a large drawer in the vanity made for perfumes. I feel the scent stays much longer if it isn't exposed to so much light.
I have a drawer in my bedroom dresser specifically for perfumes.

Had to search for this video and rewatch it because I FINALLY got to try La Vie Est Belle and I LOVE IT!!! 💖 When I got a whiff of it, I was like, "Oh, this is SO Jessica!" And I don't why... I just feel like it's you in a bottle because it's such a warm and sweet scent... The kind of scent that hugs you in the most sincere and gentle way... 💖💖 And that seems like your personality!

Oh my God, la vie est Belle is my signature scent, literally wear it every day! Have worn for years and literally once a day at least I get asked what I'm wearing 😂 but it's absolutely beautiful and I cannot stop wearing it! Will definitely try some of your recommendations 😉 xxx

Really enjoying hearing about your perfumes.
As someone with a ridiculously extensive collection of perfume I just want to warn you that although the bottles look lovely on the shelf, as your collection grows you might find it better to keep them in the box.
Perfume degrades so much quicker in light and anywhere temperature changes a lot (which my bathroom does) so I keep mine in their boxes in a drawer in my bedroom.
Doing that I have perfumes 10 years old that are fine, whereas I can remember my first expensive perfume that I kept out on display as I was so proud of it went off within a couple of years, the end of it smelled really off and I had to throw it out, I was so sad.

The black opium is one I thought I would looooove. It did not mix with my body chemistry and It smelled like I rubbed an incense stick all over myself. I was so disappointed

"It smells like this bottle looks" is the perfect way to describe Indigo. All the Nest fragrances are so unique and lovely. Definitely take a minute to smell them if you get the chance.

My sister got La Vie Est Belle one year for Christmas. My mom loved it and got a bottle. I was a broke college student, I saved up for a roller ball of it. My sister wore it for her wedding, 6 of her bridesmaids bought a bottle the week after. Basically, this is all the women in my family wear now 😂

Black opium turns into the most floral dried flower smell on me it’s crazy. I wish it smelled how it did in the bottle because I love it that way
I’ve been using the original Miss Dior for years. The love 💕 of this fragrance never ever is out grown. There is a reason why classics stay classics

Nest Indigo is my ALL TIME FAVORITE scent. I cannot put my finger on what it smells like but it makes me SO HAPPY. I'm glad Glossier works for you because I sprayed it on me and almost vomitted. LOL! It did not work with my body. I threw it straight in the garbage.
I do not know how I am not subscribed to you. I used to watch your videos all the time! Last year I purchased two bottles of perfume, which after buying i realized I cant wear because they contain lavendar or raspberry. But thos3 two are the ones starting my scent journey. I never was into perfumes before. This year ive got tons. I like to buy from the stores. But its nice to know you get them really cheap online. I might end up doing that seeing this is my new addiction. I used to walk in to sephora ignoring th3 perfume aisle and only go for skincar3 and makeup. Same for ulta. Now first thing I do go to perfumes. Most of the time I dont wander anywhere else.
My "signature" scent is Costume National's So Nude Eau de Toilette. Notes: Ylang Ylang, Damask Rose, Tuberose, Cardamom, Cedar Wood, and Patchoili. I wear it mainly in the Fall/Winter because it's a heavier scent.
My favorite Spring/Summer scent is Anais Anais Original. The notes are: Green Hyacinth, Honeysuckle, Lily, Lily of the Valley, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Rose, Vetiver, Moss and Musk. It's sweet without being too sweet.
I'm just getting into perfumes and am super picky. Many give me headaches but our noses are similar, for sure! I've absolutely loved all your recommendations! 🙌🙌🙌

We have such similar taste in perfume. My favorite is the Daisy Eau so Fresh, Ô oui by Lancôme (discontinued thought) so I tried La vie est belle and I love it! I also love Flowerbomb. And I have tester size of Black opium, Nest Indigo and miss Dior eau de toilette and I really enjoyed them. I love mandarin, patchouli and iris scents. I also have a sample of the new Mugler one, Aura and I’m digging it!
You mentioned 2 of my faves that are like hidden gems. CLEAN aqua neroli and NEST indigo. My signature scents
have you tried Zara perfumes? I feel they are dupes for all high end perfumes! my favorite is Rose
