Really liked the way you did the pillar, i heated mine to contour it but you showed me a better way especially to get it to wrap itself to the roof/glass side. Thanks for showing that!

19:30 @ckwraps yea removing the cap made it much easier to work vinyl arun.. with cap on makes it sometimes impossible to remove wrinkles bcus it’s not forgiving as the vinyl is..but loving this night shape purple👏🏽👌🏾also link for shield guard
Nice job man, I’ve never used Vivid Films, how are they in comparison to 3m or Avery far as tac and ease of install. Also I like the magnetic Squeegee, I used Geekwrap black buffer version for years, be nice if they had that feature spec for the money they cost. I find these newer films with the Cap makes install a lil tougher on some areas so I remove it once I get to that spot, wish they made it more pliable tbh. It’s great far as helping against scratches etc
Avery rushing riptide has more than 2 colors. It gold purple greenish, teal and like a magenta color. It's almost exactly like 3ms deep space qich I've wrapped cars n both colors
A question about masking. Are you masking over the rubber weather stripping? And, are you running your blade on top of the masking in order to not cut the weather stripping?

Hey Christian, just a quick question. You know how when you cut out the side piece and still had enough for the door, is it possible to do that with a 4 door car and have enough vinyl for 2 doors on one side?
Hi, I hope you have time to answer me. When you have an directional vinyl and you go from the rear bumper to the front on one side do you go from the front to the rear bumper on the other side? Or do you flip the vinyl upside down and go from the rear bumper to the front?
damn, this is a new mic? I was about to comment sayin that it sounded like you forgot the mic or something...could be better sound quality, not sure; it's just definitely quieter, that's for sure. also as far as "colorflow"/"shade-shifting" colors, etc. whatever, these new nightshade colors/psycho colors are downright insanity. So damn legit...I've got my psycho blue starin me in the face right now but I'm not sure how to incorporate it into my wrap since I'm going to primarily be using superhero blue for 1/2 of the wrap....I'll figure it out. Also I got a bit of psycho copper too, but I ordered it with a big roll of galaxy nardo and they packed the smaller roll of copper in the middle of the roll, so I can't get it out unless i basically let the nardo unravel and gently let it out haha; I'm kinda afraid of doing that right now...thinking of waiting till I break off a buncha that nardo first tbh....damn car is gonna stand out like crazy tho, and that's all that matters right??
Yeah, the voice sounds muted and distant for some reason. Especially in contrast with the background music. It's like it was recorded at a really low bitrate or something.
@@aaronschroeder483 exactly...it def sounds like it was recorded with a good mic, but maybe something in post was done (depending on the NLE used) that combined the two audio files onto the same channel, which wouldve auto-compressed the audio to the lighter of the two files (bc I believe that premiere for example does auto-match audio bitrates, but only when you put 2 files onto the same layer/channel). So yeah, like you said, sounds like it was either recorded at a low bitrate, or was compressed in post...bc its definitely clearer all-around, but it just sounds far away and almost a little grainy...man I type too much, all of that just to essentially be saying tl;dr: I agree. Hahah
CK is this the same film that you sell on EBAY that comes from Germany ? I made a major mistake and I bought car film that came from China and it was just very thin ...
Although I admire your work, I’m a shop owner/installer myself. You know damn well Avery’s colorflow series is not 2 colors. I’ve done plenty of installs with every single one of that series and you easily get a minimum of 6 colors.
