I grew up just like him around older folks and soaked up all the knowledge, common sense, morals and respect for self and others. I'm old now and for years I've helped countless people improve themselves in many ways. But honestly I'll say since middle to late nineties Youth has gotten so far out of control that it's virtually impossible to guide or teach them. The way y'all talk to your parents, teachers, any kind of authority, and most importantly how you guys treat each other. Very sad Indeed when you have so much to offer our younger generation but just trying to talk civil with most will get you attacked either verbally or worse. But as I say I won't give up on you guys for as long as I have breath in me because someone cared enough about me to not give up☮️🙏🏾
Nothing like fresh fish! My parents used to go to Wisconsin and bring back fish galore. They cleaned them on a bench in the garage. Catfish, walleye, and others. I miss those days.
I don’t know what was more entertaining working that knife or the couple of times when you dropped the water hose and it landed on its handle and started spraying non stop.

Nice Red!! Redfish on the half-shell is another way to cook them! Don't filet the meat off the skin. Clean up the meat, season and place the whole slab (skin/scale side down) right on the grill. Those large heavy scales serve as a cooking pan! As the meat cooks, it slowly separates from the skin!! Add some garlic butter and thin sliced onion as it cooks for added flavor!

You should make some fish soup with the ribs and back pieces . Just get you some salt and garlic water boiling put you a can of diced potatoes and some grated carrots in it reduce the heat and let it simmer till the carrots are done . Add you fish parts and let them cook till the meat falls off of the bones . You can add a can of red beans or some jalapeño or some left over rice whatever you like in your soups . Like you said a lot of people waste that part of the fish . If you havnt tried it you really should it makes for some good eating . Thanks for making the video and sharing it with us .
