Quito and Los Banos. 5 Days. $150 per day.
We technically spent 6 days in Ecuador, but 3 full days and a little more than 5 half days in Ecuador. Anyways it was a really great experience and we enjoyed figuring out how to budget in Ecuador. We came because we had a free flight, without the expectation of anything great coming out of it! Boy, were we glad we went! It was one of the best decisions of our lives leaving us with new friends, experiences and things to look forward to into our future travels! Quito and Los Banos are very underrated cities for people looking to travel worldwide, it is an international hidden gem. It is economically affordable, yet beautifully adventurous.

Great video. I would suggest visiting Cuenca, Mitad del mundo, and Baños as well. If you were in Baños, you should not miss the thermal pools. Of course, the Galapagos Islands.
Know that the diverse geography of Ecuador creates a variety of ecosystems. As such, the climate varies quite a bit. For example, the costal cities are usually hot and humid while Quitó is always foggy and cool.
BTW, the $50 paid for was the gringos price. Great video nonetheless.
