I would like to know more about how you mounted the Voyager GPS in place of the stock speedo/computer and wired it into the OE harness. I also assume you used the OE wheel speed sensor?
Thank you for your inquiry Mike. This 500exc used this aluminum Voyager Mount: www.chapmoto.com/trail-tech-voyager-gps-computer-top-mount-protector-parent-356-025-tm3 as for wiring, it is very similar to the mounting of the Voyager Pro and you can see each step in this video: ruclips.net/video/8dbWkvbBRic/видео.html -- Kyle & the Chap Moto Team

Great upgrades! Just one question - with that new free flowing aftermarket exhaust, seems like the bike would tend to run leaner. Since these bikes already run extremely lean from the factory, this would seem to make it even leaner. Don't you want to add a new engine control box so you can set the fuel mix richer? (at least back to stock, if not richer than that)
Hello Calvin Earl, thank you for your comment. Yes Sir! However, we are in California and we can not make any modifications to Fuel as this is a road worthy vehicle, not a track only vehicle. CARB (California Air Resources Board) doe not allow fuel modifications and we can not alter, nor sell and altered bike. Calvin Earl, the reality is their either flashed the Euro Map, or installed a Vortex ECU. Neither one would they want to put in writing on a forum somewhere. Duh, right?
