I eat olives straight off the tree. Bitter - sure, fatty - yes, planty-tasting - beyond a doubt, but salty? It's sweet rather than salty. Where I live - they rarely turn them into oil.@@ProYada
But that is not a Panzanella. That is only toasted bred with vegetables. It's disappointing, that the Fattoria la Vialla calls this "Panzanella".

It’s a type of panzanella. I’ve had many variations. It’s great to use up what you’ve got in the fridge. I see nothing wrong in calling this a panzanella. The main ingredients are bread and tomatoes. Add or subtract what you like
