- This is my friend's new house, located in Te Awamutu, Waikato, near Hamilton City. The House is from a land and house package from a builder called Stewart Rose Builders, who have done a good job. @@lp6015 that’s a reality. You buy a home when you are in your 30s and spending rest of your life to pay it back. Like you said, it will take around 30 years. Then it’s the time for retirement. That’s why you are mainly elderly people travelling around work in Cruz ship and so on, because they become free only when they are old. I feel like it’s a trap. Once you are in, you gotta go through all these.
