Search for roles on LinkedIn and other job portals in your areas of interest and apply to as many as you can with customized cv and cover letters. Job search can be a a bit tedious but anything is possible if you stay at it and gain relevant skills and experience

Ihs charges will need to be paid again but old ihs charges get partially refunded, you have to apply for that On the travel date and applying for new visa, it might be better to postpone the travel if you can just to be safe.

Hi, we are not visa or legal consultants. Afaik, there are some limit on how many hours of part time work can one do on skilled worker visa. Please check gov.uk
Guys there is no impact on the dependent visa holders of skilled worker visa. Their visa will be valid till the last date of their previous visa and then they can extend it before their current visa expires to match the partners skilled worker visa.
Quick Query- my partner has a dependant visa from my current employer. When I am applying for a change in employer should I mention dependents or just mention No (No dependants applying with me)? It’s not mentioned on BRP but you get a new BRP because now your validity date will be according to new cos by new employer and how long they sponsor your visa for

This was a confusing question even when we were filling the application. Don’t remember exactly but suggest you go by the language of the question i.e. if it’s asking last 3 across US and then last 3 across EU then specify so, otherwise if it’s across both together, then the most recent overall should suffice.

Hi I got my approval for 5 years skilled worker visa. My employer has given me COS from 20 dec 2021 to 20 dec 2026. Now in approval mail, I have got my Visa validity from 20 dec 2021 to 15 oct 2026. This is 2 month 5 days shortage for 5 years visa. Will this be a problem while applying for PR? If so, what are the things needs to be done before that ? Please throw some Light !

Is it Mandatory to withdraw previous COS before applying for new sponsorship visa? Is it possible to have another Cos while i am having one?
There’s no cos withdrawal. When you apply for visa update with new cos your new brp is now tagged to the new cos and old one is no longer valid then

When you apply to update the visa with a new employer, you get a new brp after your visa is updated and old brp becomes invalid.

You can check on gov.uk - you need to apply for the refund, doesn’t happen automatically

Usually if you update the BRP, they do biometrics again, so not sure abt your case why it’s not needed. Best to check with employer/ visa consultant
