Thought I saw you wandering around on Sunday, I agree it wasn't a great course to PB, that farmers track at 2km really threw me and I couldn't get my groove back. Great Vlog as always!
I've had a 1000km out of the vaporfly 1s but that was hard going after say 600. However the 2s have done 1000km with reasonable performance so still okay for a workout, but not for a race. I do like them though, maybe the 2 better than the 3 too, don't expect the 3 to last that long, let's see

😅 I figured until the 2% yells at me.. they actually split on the big toe side around 160Miles..I had to retire them..They were perfect...Time for the 3's 🤷♂️
160 miles that’s not a great life span for them. I think the 3s are worse I’ve heard. Well softer and plusher and lack the fast feel. I would maybe want to try in the future when on sale.

I'm doing 10k Vitality 10 000 Sunday 24th September. Little warm up race 3 weeks before Amsterdam. My tapering already started. Love your video matey

Ah you should have said hi. Yeah it’s a course to do some hard training but defo not one to fully get going.
