Amish ji, things that inspire me to pursue law is arguments, facts, research, rules, debating, critical thinking, reading, speaking and writing in english and ofcourse huge money that is in law if you argue well. But your little contribution also is there in me being influence by you to take law. You seems to give right information. Thanks and keep doing this to make people inspire and passionate to pursue law as a career.
And please don't just defend criminals but also people who hasn't done crime and are accused on crime falsely.

The scope of offences that come under #humantrafficking needs to be widened & not only about #prostitution or so.
There are so many such involuntary activities that heppen in the country - for men women both. & under the vigilance or rather permission of the police. Shame!

Can the superior be punished? What does the law hold? Anything in ccs cca conduct??

The thing which makes human traffiking laws dangerous is even if there is consent of "victim" it would be ignored
Looking at section 370 from a prospective of common man it can be interpreted as a somone can even be charged if he/she is in a live-in relationship with other person since it can be said the victim is being exploited by the means of giving or receiving payments or any other kind of benefit
I guess there need to be some exception in this section for purposes such as relationships, business or other form where the said "victim" is made aware of future actions
