Pony and his band are killer. Especially live, the guitarist really gets some time to elaborate as opposed to the album version and it really is great. Glad you’re a fan also!
Hey mate, here near Huddersfield, Pony Bradshaw is awesome, the album Sudden Opera is simply astounding, also check out Evan Bartells and I’m sure you’ve heard of Jason Isbel and the 400 unit, all have produced some of the best albums of the last 20 years…
this is a biblical tune my friend, the forked river is eden reference…this is the prodigal son singing from the self imposed pigsty prison he put himself in,
Reminds be of Bobby Long. I am introduced to 50% of the new music I consume based on your content. Also, I accidentally learn guitar related tidbits that I use from time to time. Thanks for the great channel.
I hate to interupt but I'm watching (listening) to VanHalen Pasadena 1975. Nothing but covers like Rick Derringer RocknRoll Hoochicoo and now they're doing a Trower tune! Holy shit, Eddy was a master even then. And Roth, Anthony! The crowd has no idea how close to greatness they are as VH are solely focused on doing songs they think the crowd wants to hear by more famous bands. Roth says they left their originals at home so they wouldn't "subject" the crowd to uncertainty. The gold!!
@The_Michael_Palmisano. Non guitar player but big fan of the channel, featured talent and most of the theory is over my head. Do a bit of blues & rock singing and hoping to pursue a bit more as I retire.
Hey mike! Ive been a big fan of your channel ever since i saw ur colter wall devil wears a suit and tie video. Can i please recomend “take what you want and leave the rest” by Eli Cain? Hes a fairly unkown artist with only a few thousand listeners on spotify but he has an INCREDIBLE talent and AN AMAZING VOICE. Please let me know!
I discovered pony last summer and he's criminally underrated. Dude is a lyrical genius.
Just seen Pony Bradshaw live, 6-7-2024. 🎉❤looking forward to seeing them again 😊
As someone from west NC I hear these guys on the local radio all the time and love that they’re starting to get the attention they deserve

I saw them about a month ago. Sounded absolutely perfect live. Van Gogh is another really good track of theirs
Love the steel guitar floating and bending around the tune.
The vibe is KILLER!!!!!! the vocal delivery is impeccable!!!!!! The lap steel is insane!!!!! What a killer tune
I love how you hear music. You pick up so many cool things that I might miss.
I find that Rick Beato does the same thing with hearing new music. I love watching both of them for that reason!
Im here in Sheffield, England, the kids are in bed, I've got my Friday night beer and really enjoying this. Never heard of Pony Bradshaw before!

I saw him last Saturday live!! Hot damn what a show
This is what this channel is all about. What an outstanding song that I never would've heard without you!
Hey Michael, I am almost positive that the electric player is Craig Pratt from Northwest Georgia. Amazing guitar player. Always very original.
I was lucky enough to play with him for a while. He’s unreal. Certainly one the most top notch guitar players I’ve ever known.
@@RyanScogginsgreat hat too!
this is a biblical tune my friend, the forked river is eden reference…this is the prodigal son singing from the self imposed pigsty prison he put himself in,
If somebody else didn't recommend Pony Bradshaw I would have had to. My favorite artist at the moment. His first 3 albums are all incredible.
YEEEAAAAH! MICHAEL PALMISANO DIGGING PONY BRADSHAW MAKES ME SO HAPPY
Great artist. Just discovered him this year through the Van Gogh song from the same album.
Thanks for this introduction to this music. Just YES! And that man has a KILLER voice!
Thank you for reviewing. I love this song and more importantly love this channel!!
Wow! Thanks for this, great find. I'm gonna jam with this track for the next while, so much tasty stuff to play off!
I have been addicted to Pony for a few months now.
Pony is a beast!
this is something my parents would drag me off to to see with them. speaking of which, pray for me next tuesday.
Just saw Pony open for Flatland Cavalry tonight in Wichita KS. Stole the show
I love Van Gogh by him
Calico Jim is a fantastic album. Been listening to it quite a lot.

Craig’s the man! He sounds so perfect with Pony.

Listen to the whole sudden opera album. Top 3 projects I’ve heard
I LOVE Americana music!!!!
How does this song not win THE Grammy for best song? Find me a better one in ANY genre.
Yasssss
Hello from fort Wayne Indiana April Williams Lothamer ❤
That's a tasty tune
For my personal taste, there is nothing better than a slinky, bluesy guitar playing with a vocalist with country twang.
Wow . Has a wild sound..almost like a Jim Morrison and Sturgill Simpson mix.
def the sturgill vibes i noticed, didnt think about morrison tho.. solid call!
That guitar player is Craig Pratt. The dude is a beast
Check out Van Gogh by pony Bradshaw it’s my favorite song.
Listen to Tony Bradshaw's Josephine oh my gosh and bad teeth is good too
That pedal steel guitar is just lovely against his voice, which is superb.
Has a similar singing voice as David Gray, very nice
@The_Michael_Palmisano.

Van Goh by pony bradshaw is really good too
I can hear interstate love song with Tyler Childers-like vocals
Good post. Another one to add to the soundtrack. I play bass and have not really tackled this genre. This sound is dirty.

hello, did you review Gilbert - "technical difficulties"?
After watching your Colter Wall and Tyler Childers videos, you should listen to their collab, "Fraulein"
How can I hire you to teach me?
Guitargate…link is in the notes.
Father John Misty cadence
The melody sounds like echoes
Van Gogh
Ladies and gentlemen, Michael Parmigianino here.
Craig Pratt is the guitarist

Bad Teeth is a great song too.
