After 5 years of low carb living (no bread or pizza crust) I have tried lots of keto pizza crusts but never found one I liked very much. I have tried a couple of recipes for lasagna made with deli chicken slices that tasted like deli chicken. So I was very skeptical of this chicken based pizza crust. I tried and liked it a lot. I was shocked. Then I tried again with a little garlic powder and Italian seasoning and baked it a little longer, and made it a littler thinner than the first time. I don’t like it - I love it! Even as left over cold pizza it is great! Best pizza keto crust, period! Thanks
I made it today. It was great! We added mushrooms, pepperoni, oregano & red pepper flakes. It wii be our go to pizza recipe from now on! Thank you very mucho!!! 🌺
You are my youngest daughters age. You make me so happy. You are absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Your daughter is so lucky to have such an amazing role model. Pizza looks delicious.
❤ I made this tonight. Yummy, and easy. * I did bake crust for 20 min though. * i did use 2 large cans of chicken for ea crust. * i made 3 total. * 3rd 1 I made the crust the same, however topped with sugar free BBQ sauce, topped it with cheese and mushrooms. Excellent!
Wow! I was not expecting a chicken crust. I was going thru every way to make crust in my mind and I was hoping it wasn’t cauliflower or almond or coconut flour cuz the texture and bam. I will definitely be making this and I will come back in the comments to let y’all know how it went.
I made this for the first time 10/10. Tips: season chicken as she said, brown crust on both sides in oven keeps it crispy. Made my own sauce, topped with purple onions, black olives, more parmesan then under the broiler about 3 mins. Delicious.
Had to try this and was amazed at how well this turned out! My mom who is SO picky around keto foods (she likes coconut flour, but not almond flour for example) LOVED this pizza. And we discovered it's even better the next day after being fridged! Yum! Thank you so much for this VERY simple recipe!
I made this crust last night to use as a base for a Pappa John's Pizza Bowl. I put a ridge around the edge and flipped it half way through cooking in my NuWave oven to brown the bottom. It was perfect!! Thank you!!
I would have never thought to use chicken! That looks incredible! I’d like to switch it up and use some Frank’s Red Hot sauce instead of marinara for a chicken wing style pizza!
Literally, just finished making this pizza for lunch and it was really good! I followed the recipe exactly, but with a one or two differences. I used a colander to drain the chicken and while the chicken remained in the colander, I used a fork to drain any excess water and then I used my hands to drain the remaining moisture instead of my kitchen towels. I used "Swanson White Premium Chunk Breast" and about 18 to 20 pepperoni. The first pizza pie I seasoned my chicken doe lightly and on the second pie, I didn't season the chicken doe at all. Both pies turned out EXCELLENT with a very CRISPY CRUST and were DELICIOUS!!! I preferred the second pie over the first one because the first pie crust tasted a tiny bit salty to my taste, but it was still good!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH for sharing your recipes with us! I really appreciate it!! :)
This is so good! Could not tell it was chicken. It looked, felt and acted like a flour pizza crust!! I added salt pepper and oregano to the crust mix. This is my go to crust now.
I made this crust/pizza today 4/13/2022 and I am hooked!!! This was probably one of the best L.C./Keto crust I’ve ever eaten. I don’t know how to upload a photo but I absolutely love this. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe Myra@Low Carb Love
So, this is a gamechanger! It is so delicious! I can't believe how easy it is, also. WINNER HERE! Thank you.... :) Hi, I am back... I did the first one with canned chicken and the one I made tonight was with a chicken breast I cooked in olive oil seasoned, then shredded it. WOW! Soooooooooooooo Good! I love this recipe! I had two slices with a beautiful spinach salad with walnuts, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion with squeezed lemon juice and olive oil for the dressing, tossed and it was amazing! PS- I did not have any Parmesan cheese for the shredded chicken and egg mixture, so I grated some goat cheese and it was delicious!
I'm thrilled to find a pizza crust that is keto that isn't egg whites or nut flour! Tomatoes are off the list for me right now but I'm sure I can get creative with toppings! Thank you so much!
I made this recipe and added an Italian seasoning from Trader Joe’s to the crust. My husband and I both loved it. He’s hard to please but this is a great replacement for flour crusts. It was filling and just so savory.
I made it following your directions and it was good. I wasn't crazy about using parchment in a 475 degree oven since paper burns at 451 and it was very smokey. The second time I made it differently. I cooked the crust on the stove top in a lightly oiled 8 inch cast iron pan until the edges were brown. Then I put the pan into a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. I removed the crust using a spatula onto a parchment covered sheet pan and added the sauce, herbs, and mozzarella. I put the pizza back into the 400 degree oven for 10 minutes and it was perfect. I also added some Romano cheese to the crust mixture before cooking.
I’m partial to the Mexican shredded cheese and egg version but this looks great too! The non bread pizza crusts have saved me during my Keto year 1. 👍🏻
I ate a tiny chicken crust frozen pizza and it was AMAZING. Foster farms I think was the brand. But it was small. This is a great option for having a couple of days worth of snacks. I like egg whites & either bacon or sausage for breakfast, a can of solid albacore tuna or baked chicken for lunch, and ground turkey for dinner. 1 slice of this in the mid morning and mid afternoon leaves 4 days of snacks.
This is my favorite pizza crust!! When I make it, I drain, dry out in 350 oven for 10 minutes, increase the temp to 500, then mix in the parmesan and egg, flatten (roll) out onto parchment paper, bake 10 minutes, top it then another 10 in the oven.
I’ve never made the chicken based crust before. I’ve always used fathead dough and we love it! It doesn’t get as crispy as I like though. Can you taste the chicken in it!? That’s what I’m most worried about I think.

I'm SO excited I found this channel and this video in particular. My fiancee was diagnosed type 2 diabetic about a month ago, and the expected dietary changes came with that. Even though I'm not diabetic, I could stand to lose a good bit of weight, so I changed up my eating habits too. Although we're not doing full blown keto, we're definitely watching our carbs and my favorite food, pizza, was off the menu. Well, that was until yesterday when my fiancee and I made this pizza! It was AWESOME! If you would've told me a month ago I'd be eating pizza with a crust made of chicken I would've been repulsed at the idea and said you're crazy. Well, that was one of the pizzas I've ever had. And the best part is that it's healthy! So a big thank you to Mayra and this recipe, because not only is my favorite food back on the menu, it's actually healthy!
I love this pizza, I have made it 3 times and will make it all the time when I'm craving pizza!! Thanks for the recipe. oh, I use ground chicken, instead of canned.. still good, still crispy!
That worked I was so craving my anchovy pizza omg I loved it. The eggs work at room temperature I didn’t add anything just whipped them in to Peaks. I did add after 10 min of baking add olive oil spray to brown it. It’s good enough to hold all the goodies with the carbs. 😊
Thank you for this super easy recipe! I made this crust last night with garlic and onion powder and used buffalo sauce instead of marinara to make my favorite pizza. So good! 🥰 ❤️
A few years ago I made the chicken pizza crust and used homemade alfredo sauce instead of a red sauce. It pairs well with the chicken. Then add toppings. So good.
Yes, I'm going to make this one. I'll get fresh deli chicken that's shaved into small pieces and use that. This looks so yummy and quick. This will be great with a fresh salad. Thanks.
@@otispage5746 I bought my chicken from the deli department. It was shaved and it will be perfect for this pizza. I think I'm going to go with mozzarella cheese instead of parmesan. Which cheese did you use?
I tried all kinds of healthy low carb pizza recipes. And this one is by far the best tasting one!! I just made it yesterday and i was shocked how good it was. Amazing !!! Thanks for the recipe 🙏🙏 god bless you
I want to start off by saying I am a very picky eater. I don't like canned chicken due to the texture. Well, I was curious to try this because the look of it was really good and how you described it sounded good. Well, I tried it today. I used an air fryer to bake it and boy oh boy was it amazing!!! I really thought it tasted and felt like I was eating "bread" for the crust! I have made the "fathead" dough, which is good, but sometimes I don't have almond four. This is soooo tasty!!!! I highly recommend this for anyone who likes pizza. I am slowing reducing carbs in my life so I am not in the Keto diet, but am working to reduce how many carbs are in my meals. This recipe is perfect! I used pepperoni and cheese, but am going to have to try it with a rich alfredo sauce and bacon! Thank you for posting all your videos of time tested recipes!!
I just made this and it's so good. Really delicious. Where I live there's no canned chicken so I steamed some chicken breasts. 2 whole breasts came in at a little more than 7 ounces but it seemed like enough. Size-wise the finished product looks about the same size as yours. But that's a lot of chicken IMO. It really did taste great but it's very filling (which is not a bad thing). I topped it with olives and sausage, sliced it into 8 tiny slices but could only eat 2 before I was full. Now I have lots left over for snacking later. I will make it again soon. It's a winner.
I just dried my canned chicken by spreading it 😢out on a plate in the microwave for a minute. For extra crisp and flavor, I crushed up a small handful of Quest protein chips in a small baggie and added it to the cheese, spice and chicken. I added just enough egg beater to coat it, 1-2tablespoons. I cooked ii in my waffle iron. I have a mini waffle iron for on-the-go. It made two pizza crusts. I did not need to spray it first. Thanks for a great recipe.
I think chefs tend to use cheesecloth to squeeze out the extra moisture. I used a potato ricer, and it worked great, and nearly instantly, too! I used tomato paste and adding a couple tablespoons of water, a dash of salt and Italian seasoning. Used one portion of paste and froze the other portions. The flavor was dead nuts, and it was simple. PS: Good quality canned chicken is so hard to find, it occurred to me to try using canned tuna. I'm gonna give that a shot. The only problem is that tuna tends to come in smaller cans, so it will probably take some tweaking. Still, I'm kinda excited about it.
Looks so.delicious! I love pizza! I have cans of chicken! I will be making that tonight, with oregano, and extra seasonings! Thanks for the idea! ❤🍕❤🍕❤ An up-date! I have made this pizza 4 different time with different toppings! Me and my family loved it!! I use turkey sausage or shrimp broccoli toppings. Another time, I put Spinish, bacon & onions with spices! Green bell peppers, cream cheese & mushrooms; as well! And you get no bloating; from eating it! Delicious and I love it! Mayra, I thank you so much! I love all of your recipes; especially this one! ❤ 🍕 ❤ 😋
I made this today and it’s almost pizza. It’s very tasty and the texture is good. The crust doesn’t taste like wheat crust. That said I really liked it. I would rank this as a very good meatza and a very good contribution to keto recipes.
I put chunks of cauliflower my dehydrator let it run for a couple of hours, then I throw it in the food processor and grind it, add the Parmesan cheese and process it some more and then I stir in an egg. It saves a lot of work.
You are so welcome!! I made another one right after filming this and turned it into a bbq ranch pizza! It was amazing so you have to let me know what you think 😍

High fat low carb has been good to me… was able to reverse my type 2 diabetes by doing it along with intermittent fasting and omad.. I make pizza quite a lot but usually just scrape the top off the pizza and discard the crust… this will be nice.. I’m looking forward to trying it out. I’m in agreement that extra crispy is the way to go.. also when you almost burn a pizza it makes the cheese taste so good especially when it gets to the point that it starts getting a yellowish tint to it.

*The simplicity of the recipe blew me away, and the end result was a delicious, crispy crust that held up perfectly under all my favorite toppings.*
Could you tell a difference from normal crust?
You are my youngest daughters age. You make me so happy. You are absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Your daughter is so lucky to have such an amazing role model. Pizza looks delicious.
❤ I made this tonight. Yummy, and easy.
* I did bake crust for 20 min though.
* i did use 2 large cans of chicken for ea crust.
* i made 3 total.
How did it go?
I made this for the first time 10/10. Tips: season chicken as she said, brown crust on both sides in oven keeps it crispy. Made my own sauce, topped with purple onions, black olives, more parmesan then under the broiler about 3 mins. Delicious.
Great tip to brown both sides before adding your toppings.
I was super skeptical, but decided to give this a try. It was fantastic. A healthy way to enjoy pizza!
Hi, I am back...
Thank you so much!
try a butternut squash sauce! it was so good!
I made it with regular shredded chicken and put in blender so so good
How much chicken 1 breast?
I've made this 3 times already in the process of a 4th time as im typing and my family freaking loves it!....Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe...
I made this recipe and added an Italian seasoning from Trader Joe’s to the crust. My husband and I both loved it. He’s hard to please but this is a great replacement for flour crusts. It was filling and just so savory.
YES I could eat the whole thing and I plan to, when I try this out tomorrow!!! Thank you!!!!
Ditto 😉
I could to!! I actually shared it with 3 people and it was so filling and delicious ❤️ Honestly you can’t go wrong!
I squeeze my cauliflower rice thru a kitchen towel as well. it comes out so dry and gives it a firm rice texture. I'm definitely gonna try this crust.
OMG, I made this pizza and it was DELICIOUS!!! Especially the crusty edges!!! I can’t wait to make it again!!!
@@healthhollow7218 The way I do it above, the crust gets a little crispy. As for tasting the chicken, maybe a little. It is very delicious!!
@@cindydemanche3839 thank you for letting me know! I have been really hesitant to try it but hearing you say that helps a lot. I think I’ll give it a try! Thanks so much Cynthia 😊🙏
@@healthhollow7218 You're welcome! Hope you enjoy it!!
@@cindydemanche3839 I just made it and it turned out amazing! I left my crust in the oven for longer to try to get it crispier and that worked well. My two boys approved so that was all I needed 😄
Wow.. I am diabetic and this is the answer to my prayers
We used sugar free bbq sauce and cheese to make a baby chicken pizza! It was sooooo good!!
How did you debone them?
The eggs work at room temperature I didn’t add anything just whipped them in to
Peaks.
Thanks.
@MeliCuban Do you make your own dressing?
It was good but the can chickens was Costco and it tasted funky. Your idea of deli is a great idea.
@@otispage5746 I bought my chicken from the deli department. It was shaved and it will be perfect for this pizza. I think I'm going to go with mozzarella cheese instead of parmesan. Which cheese did you use?
@@RedSapphires I followed the directions and used p cheese for the crust. M cheese for the topping.
@@otispage5746 Okay. If you want to use canned chicken, I recommends Swanson. I found it to be the best tasting one for eating.
I tried all kinds of healthy low carb pizza recipes. And this one is by far the best tasting one!! I just made it yesterday and i was shocked how good it was. Amazing !!! Thanks for the recipe 🙏🙏 god bless you
Been making this chicken crust from keto connect site for at least a year. We love it!
My new way of making a low carb pizza...was delicious thank you!!! Couldn't tell the difference... better than cauliflower pizza
An up-date!
I tried it it was so good I put it on my air fryer and it tasted better❤️
How long in the air fryer? What temp?
Yum! I drizzled a little olive oil on top when it was done and freshly chopped basil. So good. 🤤
Made this tonight and my husband and I loved it! This is definitely a keeper and has so many options!
I put chunks of cauliflower my dehydrator let it run for a couple of hours, then I throw it in the food processor and grind it, add the Parmesan cheese and process it some more and then I stir in an egg. It saves a lot of work.
I’m so making this 🤤 Thank you Thank you so much for these low carb ideas your literally saving my life I’m 15 pounds down! 😅
Mannnnnnn that beautiful smile of yours brightens up my whole week
Um, yeah I could eat that whole thing. Thank you Mayra for showing us a delicious easy way to make this crust and pizza.
You are so welcome!! I made another one right after filming this and turned it into a bbq ranch pizza! It was amazing so you have to let me know what you think 😍
WoW!!! I becamE Keto like 3 weeks ago and I’m profoundly grateful to have found your Chanel. I’m learning how to cook Keto. Thank you so much for your video.
Oh my gosh!! Can’t wait to try this!! And you made me laugh so hard when you were talking about the 3 ingredients and you said “a little huevito, a little egg”! Latina!! Yaaaassss!! I do the same thing when I speak, going in and out of Spanish every now and then!! Gotta love it!! And thanks for this yummy looking recipe! I don’t eat gluten, so this is perfect!! 💖🙏🏼
I made this tonight and my was absolutely delicious!!!! Thank you 💕💕
Ty! Ty! Ty! I just gave up carb free crust I was using because it still contained gluten AND "natural flavors". I am definitely trying this!!! Btw RAOS makes an awesome pizza sauce with 3g total carbs for 1/4 cup and no added sugar.
You are absolutely radiant and that pizza looks amazing. I'm going to have to put on my chef hat and give it a try.
Tried this receipe this evening and it was superb. I rolled out the crust a bit thicker and it took 1/2 to crisp. Tasted very nice. Thanks.
Looks great! Yep, I could eat the whole thing! No problem!
I made the pizza yesterday and it came out great and to be honest I was really surprised. For dessert I made peanut butter chocolate bars.
This was honestly THE BEST low carb pizza crust!!! Sooooooooooo good 😋
I have found at Walmart the brand Yo Mama (organic and "no sugar") Marinara spaghetti sauce and Garlic Basil; i combined them, plus italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt. Made a great pizza using mozzarella cheese, and a couple other cheeses like provolone for one... sooo good.
Wow! Mayra I just love your posts here & on Instagram! You & Donnie are just the sweetest most adorable couple too. Thanks for sharing your amazing recipes & overall sunny disposition & positive vibes. You're an amazing & inspiring woman. I just made this pizza & shared it with my mom. Where has this pizza crust been all my life! Soooo damn delicious, I will never miss regular carb loaded pizza ever again. This is my go to from here on out for any pizza cravings going forward!!
Ok you’re the sweetest!🥰 Thank You so much! I’m so glad you made this… I love it too!!! First time I tried it I was like 🤯 what the what! I’ll never miss regular pizza again 🙌 Also, thank you for sharing with your mom, I hope she loves it too❤️
Glad I found this channel, did keto several years ago. Back on it mostly. I have this Ezekiel 4:9 bread that's wonderful
I needed this video!! Thank you so much. So easy. I ripped myself out of ketosis because i was craving a pizza so badly so I ordered dominos. But this is so easy ill never do that again!
So far I have watched about 5 of your videos and I just love the way you taste your food at the end. You crack me up with your little sway dance. Have you ever made something that you said was just ok? Or did you decide its just not worth posting then. Going to try this pizza for our pizza night next week. Thank you!
This was sooo easy to make and it is delicious!!! Thank you for sharing
I tried this today and it taste so good! Thank You. We have been struggling to find things to take the place of breads, pasta, and things make with flour.
wow this looks so awesome! my kids would love it too :) love your recipes!!!
Literally made this a couple nights ago. Definitely gonna do it again! Absolutely loved it!
If you really make this in 10 mins I’m subscribing and forever a fan.
Edit: wow 😯 looks absolutely delicious! 🤤 Just subscribed!
Rao's marinara sauce is 5g net carbs per ½ cup with no bad ingredients. I use it all the time an it's delicious. Thanks for the recipe, I'll be making this soon.
I can't wait to try this pizza, it looks delicious!!
I am ketovore...strict. I thought I had lost pizza. I'm making this today, and will be making it for my two sons and my daughter in law who are also ketovore. Thank you!!
2:00 - "A little huevito" ... HAHA!!! Awesome! ¡Me encanta tu show!
I would have that loaded with lots of onion and peppers and spinach and beef or chicken since I don't eat pork of any kind. Turkey bacon (already cooked) would be great, too! This is making me hungry!
Just made this and it turned out AMAZING 😍 I used chopped green olives for my topping.. 👍 Thank you for this gem.
"Tell me that this does not look gorgeous. Tell me that this does not look like a regular pizza", she says while the rest of us are dying for a slice. Yes, it looks yummy! Thank you for the recipe.
amazing idea, yesterday I tried the pizza with cauliflower + eggs to make my crust and it was amazing too. I'll try this maybe in the weekend.
Thank you for your receipts! We need all the inspiration we can get! Keep them coming ❤️

@@s.jillianslack1460 lol! Recipes ☺️ Sorry❤️
Yes, Diane! Her recipes are delicious; with many options! 😅
What a great idea - I often have the white meat left from a rotisserie chicken, since most of us at our house prefer the dark meat. Yes I know the obvious ways to use up the breast (soup, casserole, salad) - but this is great! So much better than almond flour!
Can I ask how much (non canned!) chicken you used for the one egg?
