2024 Ballot Education Series - Issue 22

This Police property tax levy has been in existence since 2009 with 2024 being the third renewal request. This renewal will not increase taxes and ensures that the Riverside Police Department can continue to function as is presently budgeted. This levy is approximately 25 percent of the police budget and is a necessary component to continue to provide the current quality services residents and business owners have come to expect.
