From the videos I 've seen seen of Madrid's subway stations I would say Madid's subway stations though somewhat generic wall paneling it is very clean well maintained stations. I would love to go explore this subway network myself if I could. Thx for the videos.
I agree that the wall panels at the platforms are a bit generic, only the colors change. Most of the interesting murals, sculptures and decorations are at the mezzanine level or in the ticket halls. There are some exceptions though, for example Retiro or Chueca!
