Thank heavens somebody at last is telling us the FULL honest story! I really value this video..as Im desperate to have work on my neck..please load more videos.
Thanks Jo - necks are so tricky and it's really hard to find treatments and products that really help without resorting to scalpels and surgery. If you're up for a thread lift in the neck i'd point you towards Dr Vix and Dr Charlotte at River Aesthetics, now at Grace Belgravia... Not something I've tried yet but I know they get results

How many days after profhilo on neck do the red marks stay or bruising or any marks on you? Cleared after how many days ? Ie neck could be be bare after a week?
i have to say, it's not comfortable having your necklace lines injected - and the doctor has to go carefully. This Aliaxin was good because it softens and spreads more than most fillers because it has little cross-linking between its hyaluronic acid molecules, but even with this, it took a few days for the lumps to go down. But yes it's good that there is something that genuinely helps in this tricky area
@@thetweakmentsguide does the profhilio leave lumps. Or the filler. Or both? Would u advocate profhilio then. Having next week! There are mixed results. Do you think it was beneficial? 🙏
Hi Kate, in a word, yes - it's £875 for two rounds of Profhilo and £700 for 2ml of Aliaxin - and the Profhilo lasts for six months, the filler a bit longer. The Waterhouse Young clinic has a new protocol with Profhilo to do one set of injections every three months (£450), to keep patients continuously 'topped up', as it were. So it's good, but pricey. best, Alice
Alice Hart-Davis Thank you Alice. Once a year maybe but too expensive for me if it is every few months. I must admit you do look beautiful. Kind regards Kate
Hi Kate and thanks for your kind comments. Maybe keep it in mind as something to try as a one-off to see what difference it actually makes for you. I tried Profhilo in my face last year and felt a really noticeable change. It would be a good one to do in the winter when skin is always drier/ in need of help. best, Alice
I don’t see any contraindications. I would reach out to your provider to make sure but I use it on my neck all the time and I have Hashimoto’s and nothing negative has ever happened. Its a lovely treatment. It’s pure hyaluronic acid which is found in the skin already. It should be very shallow of an injection to stay in the epidermis and not deep enough to affect the deeper tissues or thyroid gland. It is mainly for hydration. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
@@PandaA-cv3mm hi. Thanks for your info. Great news. Are you happy with profhilio results? They seem to be mixed. Some have good results. Others not so good? I’m supposed to be having next week!
@@barbaranelson4752 Hi. Yes I do like profhilo a lot for moisture/glow but I prefer Sunekos for it’s collagen building effects. It is much thinner and a different product that I’ve had more success with for my personal issues. Profhilo done by a good practitioner will definitely make a difference if you are looking for an overall glow and boost. It’s lovely. Hope this helps and best wishes ;)
@@PandaA-cv3mm hi. Thanks again for getting back to me. That sounds great. I haven’t heard of the other product. Which country are you from.? Mayb some countries not cleared yet? That sounds good too tho. Will keep an eye open foe that product. Thanks for the info
@@barbaranelson4752 Of course Barbara. My pleasure! 😊 I am an American who lives in the U.K.. Profhilo and Sunekos have both been here for a while now. If you are in the states then I am happy to hear that you can now get Profhilo. It will definitely make a difference, I think! Sometimes the FDA is very slow to approve things. Report back after your treatment settles and let me know how you like it. Best wishes 🌻😊

Your presentation was informative and realistic as well your personality is very pleasant and approachable. TY
That was so interesting that you actually, used two syringes of Profhilo ? nice. I didn't know you could use two in just one go...
Thank you Alice
This sounds good my neck is scraggy
Have you tried jalupro super hydro? It is similar to profhilo
Can you do more on throats please. I have never had any work but there is about 3o yrs difference in looks between my face and neck!
HI Phoenix, I'll see what i can do. Trouble is, there isn't much out there for the throat and yes it has a way of really letting us know its age!
Ive had profhilo done for horizontal neck lines ! I have neck lines im 33 but look like in my 20s but hate my neck so got it done today !

I find the bumps take a few days to go down (like, three). If there is any bruising, that can take 10 days to clear
Thank God there is something for necklace lines. Mine are v v red !!

Is this an expensive procedure. Also I would like to know how long it lasts?
Kind regards

Hi Alice! Did you find it necessary to do every 3 months instead of 6?
How many syringes, sessions for neck?
Two sessions, a month apart. how many syringes? normal single dose of Profhilo, probably one syringe of Aliaxin each time
What neck cream works best for you?
I like the Neostrata Triple Firming Neck Cream and the iS Clinical Neck Perfect Complex - also the Prai neck cream with retinol
Alice Hart-Davis I use the Prai too! Plus the Prai overnight recovery neck serum! Love them both.
Thank you so much this was so helpful and boy do I need it!
So glad it was helpful, it’s a good treatment!
