I am happy for you. Thanks for your review. You did the very best job of analysis. That is why I watch you. However, no diamond painting at all is worth $20 shipping and $40 minimum for a canvas. Their prices are like DAC which I also cannot afford. So $60 is in USD and for convert to Canadian that is close to $100. I could never justify that expense. That is 5 dp's from AliExpress. No matter the box, no matter the art, even for two drill pens, it still comes down to the cost and the shipping. I have seen 4 unboxing and I found the canvases pixelated. To be fair have not seen it worked up but all the trees have jaggies . (Jagged edges)
A totally honest review from you, as usual. That's what I like about you! I hope the colour squares won't be too bad for you. They do look nice though. Enjoy x
I am torn on this. I like the fact that the art is licensed but didn't see anything I liked on the web site (which is gorgeous!) I can't wait to see a few finished so I can make an informed opinion.
I am glad that you mentioned you could not tell what the canvas was. They don't appear to be very clear, will have to wait to see the canvas with diamonds. Thanks for your review.
Good review TFS. I am so sorry that you can't see all those beautiful colors, i didn't know that. You are amazing, by creating this kind of art. I have one more friend with the same problem, and she also love DP. Happy Drilling
Hello Mrs. Coffee, I saw another unboxing and she said the samething about the DMC codes not being I'm order. I have already checked out their site and was impressed. Can't wait until they add to it. Will definitely be ordering from them in the future. Love the idea of supporting the artist and not worrying about buying stolen work. Hope with your advice about being color blind will help others. They will look into changing some of the issues to make it easier for you. God bless you and yours, Lin
Haha! I love your straight forward approach! Enjoying your video! P.S. absolutely agree with you about the carrier. I was supposed to get mine today by UPS. And they just transferred it to USPS postal office🤔
To me (on the screen) the one symbol for "307" looks yellow to me. It looks yellow on the actual painting pattern as well. As for 902, it looks like a burgundy (kind of brown-reddish and deep and rich in shade.) The way they match ordering for the actual baggies could be helpful, but then when I think about how people store drill colors in kits/plastic containers, the lack of ordering by DMC # is still gonna throw people off. This was a great detailed review of this. San Juan Canyon was my 3rd choice, and seeing it from you in so much detail. I think Im really sold on it. Looks so clear....
I may be late pointing this out or questioning it....but...isnt 40x50 the same thing as 16x20?? So, sounds like theres just the one size the way its stated here. I agree on not liking the way the key is listed by color and not by dmc order...This would drive my ocd insane trying to do inventory alone. Not to mention even trying to do the dp. Im not crazy about the lack of picture choices atm...so, Im waiting to see what else they may come out with and see if anything peaks my interest in time. I do wish they would include an inventory sheet for those of us who use those sheets to put in portfolio binders and also cut up for wip storage. But, oh well. Great vid!
I like the idea of a new company’s having their shipping in the US. The canvas looks great, but I’m with you, i HATE that the DMC codes are not in numerical order! I work off with my DMC code in numerical order, not by color. I was all excited about a new company, and I ordered on launch day. Now I wish I’d waited to see your video. Don’t think I d have bought one. I was hoping for a company that was equal to DAC. Oh well, guess I’ll struggle through it and stay with DAC. ( I don’t like partials either so never done a Diamond Dotz.)
I've gotta say, so far what I've seen of these canvases, it hasn't got me super hyped, especially given their prices. The drill field looks really messy and difficult to decipher (and like you said, not great for colorblindness!), but maybe that's just how it shows on camera. Hopefully they look better once the drills are put on. And there's only one design on their site that grabs my attention, not that they ship to Australia anyway. Maybe as they grow they will get more of a range.
Hm, I have to wait and see some finished results, before I make up my mind, but so far I am not sold. There are a lot of images I like, but 40x50 is too small in my opinion. Thanks for this super detailed unboxing :)
I accidentally stuck my drill holder to my Stary Night Diamond Art Painting project. Man those stick done hard. I tried to empty out the tray holder for the diamonds and I accidentally scattered them all over my carpeting on the floor besides scattering them on the canvas. Any suggestions on trying not to do that again?
i like their designs but after i saw their prices i cant afford it and i dont like the way they do their numbers that would be an issue for me thx for the review
Great review! I purchased 2 paintings yesterday when they opened. I guess I will reserve judgement until I get one finished. I saw a wip and chat and the big blocks of color with no lines (or if they are there) are hard for my old eyes to see.
Maybe they should make their canvases color blind friendly by using only symbols An numbers for people that are color blind or have trouble seeing as well? What do you think?
Thank you for the very thorough review. I really liked what I saw on their website. They're a lot more than what I currently pay for DPs but looks like your getting original artwork and quality products in exchange. I made the mistake of ordering two DPs from DIY Moon Shop and overpaid for average products and she sent me a broken pen at that, LOL. I think once my tax refund comes in I may give them a try.
I saw another Dreamer Designs unboxing today and immediately thought of Mrs. Coffee. There were 3 symbols that were just blue, red and yellow boxes. I was wondering how that would affect you and if you would discuss the legend openly. I'm very glad that you provided an honest opinion. I think I'll stick with DAC when I have extra cash for diamond painting. I like supporting the artists, but this company is just way overpriced. The only painting I would consider on the site is very similar to one I got from DAC that was 4x larger (55x165) and less expensive than the "large" 40x50s on Dreamer Designs. There were others that I liked, but they seemed to be too detailed for the size offered. Also, almost every time I order from DAC I have a discount coupon. DAC initially provided their affiliates with 15% off codes for their subscribers. DD doesn't and they do not have canvases as nice as DAC. Until DAC no longer has kits by Mandie Manzano, JoJoes Art or Andreas Rocha, I have plenty to choose from.
I know, I know I'm looking at it blank lol. I'm just meant that shouldn't u be able to tell what it is? Like all other companies? If we didnt see a picture of it you all know we wont be able to tell what it is lol. But!! I cant wait to see how it comes out.
I love the design, and hope the design comes out better than it looks on the canvas. I don't think there too bad. Yes they are similar to Diamond dots which is also expensive from what I've seen
@@MrsCoffee1 I totally get it! Choices are subjective but it's definitely not my cup of tea. Love your video Mrs. Coffee. I think this is the only honest review I saw so far.
Binge watching Mrs. Coffee on a snowy day is nothing but fine with me.

Thank you for sharing and honestly.
I love ❤️ listening to you as you tell it as it is.
Have yourself a great day also
Thank you, if nothing else... I am always honest 😊 You have a great day!
Loved your review! Would love to purchase one but for us Canadians it's just not affordable! $100 CAD for a 40 x 50 is just insane!
🤯
Congratulations on being an Ambassador! Looking forward to seeing this finished.
Thank you 😊

Great unboxing!!! You being you!!! I can't wait to see this one done! I like this photo! I wish I could come and help you with some of the colors!!!!
You and Me Both
Very detailed review. Can’t wait to see it finished
A very fair review. I hope it's not too difficult for you to work on. I look forward to your updates.

Thank you Lin 😊 Color blind people do like to craft too so hopefully they can make atleast this little change
I was waiting on your unboxing! I saw a couple of others from ambassadors! Love you are one of the ones picked because you rock! Great job!
😊 Thank you
It's a beautiful painting. Wish they had rounds. Can't wait to hear the results of which company's painting arrives first.
Love the review, and I placed an order. Will see how fast I receive mine from being just over the mountain from the warehouse.
Beautiful canvas! I can't wait to see you start this :)
Awesome video as always! I am very curious as to how this one turns out. Looking forward to seeing you do it

Lmao, Yes I made a mistake and Mis spoke, they have 30x40 and 50x40's. Thank you

Maybe switch to decaf? LOL 1 cup of coffee and my (marginal at best) coordination goes down the tubes.I feel for you with diamonds so over the carpet.
Not being in DMC order doesn’t bother me because I put the symbol and number on my storage containers. I rarely look at the key on the canvas.
🤔 that's a great Idea
i would but right now they are not doing international shipping
They do to the uk, China and the us... I am sure if enough of a fuss is made by those outside there boundaries asking for it, they may reconsider
Thank you for this review

Love the videos but that is way to much to spend when I can get them from China and just wait a while longer
The rubber band made the line

I agree. I don't like the colors on the canvas that don't match the drill color. Yikes!!!

Think that's a great idea

i saw an unopening from them on another youtube channel. i was impressed
check them out. they very new only 14 choices of dp and little expensive side
They actually have 20 designs and there prices aren't bad.
They are based in BC Canada and ship from California
There are a lot of colour blind people, they really should take that condition into account.

Agreed. But DAC also pays their artists a commission on each sale and I love that as well.
Yes
@@taniamichel8883 Exactly! DAC can pay their artists, have great quality, huge paintings, and still be more affordable!
I don't think like how the picture on the canvas looks
Well you are looking at it blank @@
Yea but don't judge a canvas by its naked face. We will see how it works up.

@@marieg.2472 Agreed
I think they are ugly. They are hyping up a product that's very similar to Diamond Dotz and 10 steps below DAC. Not to mention the ugly paintings.
Also I don't think you're the only one who is going to have issues with their colors. The print doesn't look too crisp.
I love the design, and hope the design comes out better than it looks on the canvas. I don't think there too bad. Yes they are similar to Diamond dots which is also expensive from what I've seen

I so agree! I saw the tiger one & I thought lwtf! Nope not buy from them. Maybe when they get more.
