I just bought the 1025R bought yesterday same 3.5 hrs 1/2 tank and rotary mowed 1 1/2 acre and it was up to 3’ in some places and it did great! Very happy with the tractor
I know this is old. But we have had one for a out five years out here on the property. It has been great for a tiny tractor. No problems , except someone pushed the hood release in to far and dropped the little bar. That wasn't really the tractors fault. More of an operator error. I do wish that the hood release was a different design as to not lend itself to that issue.

How are you liking after a year, been really debating on buying one
I got a 1023e a few months ago and love it i use it for everything can’t wait till summer to mow with it
