Just a note about sticking your arm down the shoot. Ya the motor is off but sometimes the auger is under tension and will spring to life when the blockage is cleared. Better to use a small spade or stick to clear the jam.
I've been looking for a UTV snowblower and been dissapointed in the quality of the Bercomac and Massimo brands we have in the states, the Rammy looks pretty heavy duty and can really do some work! I believe i'll be investing in one of these next year!
The blower appears to be narrower than the ATV wheels. I have 6 tight switchbacks and much winding driveway to plow. Is there an advantage I'm not seeing besides cost ..? I see Tammy offers wings to help us not drive over and compact the snow. So it's going to be quite a challenge to figure out the best setup... Hmmm .. I found another comment like mine asking about the width discrepancy and saw your response. I think I would need a side by side and cab anyway ... I'm too old for this...lol
I think this is the video that sealed the deal for me. I have been looking for a snowblower option for my Sportsman 570 and I was concerned about the Rammy being Single Stage, but it looks like you have no issues. Are there any precautions you take for especially deep snow? Or just keep it slow and go at it?
@@tomijorg works great as long as you have the shute pointing forward. A little bit to the side is okay, but all the way to one side makes it clog easier.
Is this rammy 120 or 140 model? Would be nice to watch the video with no or less music to hear it work. Nice machine and I am close to buying the 120pro model with larger engine, $5,600.00 USD.
@@sethwatson8952 It prefers powder, the chute clogs with moist wet snow. It also needs more power, 13 hp is not enough for any 47 inch blower even if single stage. 18 hp v twin is needed and larger chute throat.
Har vært nødt til å shimse variator samt bytte klips i giroverføring da disse har røket. Ut over det har det vært en grei maskin. Litt lett i ræva når fresen e oppe ja.

I bought a bercomac snowblower for my atv. Piece of shit. Noone cred when the primary auger broke after the fourth time using it. Took 10 months to fix and they were not going to add an extended warranty. Needless to say I shoveled snow the rest of that year and the entire next winter. Returned it for a full refund only because I threatened legal action

Yes, it does brake from time to time. Front winch is equipped with synthetic rope, not cable. I just cut the end off and make a new loop. The quad with driver is about 420kg.
I filmed the video ... Because I'm his daughter 👍
Good job! 👍

I'm sold. I'm buying one. Thank you for this video. Just found out that I can swap snowblower or plow on same frame so I'm sold
THAT BLOWER IS A BEAST IT REALLY CHEWS THREW THAT TIGHT PACKING SNOE VERY IMPRESIVE !!!
I have a 1000cc tgb atv but ended up getting a small tractor with snow blower less fuel consumption and a heated cab havent regret that decision

Just go with the Flow :) its strong! I beat the hell out of mine!
What do you mean single stage? This is 2 stage, auger is stage 1, and impeller is stage 2.
@@ToreDL87 no, this is singel stage, the auger and impeller is the same on the Rammy blower. Auger spins super fast.

Fornøyd med 570? Noe minus med den, slitedeler som går? Blir den veldig lett i fronten når fresen er hevet? Har du vekter bak?

It works great! The only thing I dont like about it is the gear shift linkage system. Really bad design wich breaks easily.
What is your elevation in feet or meters? Curious if the engine performance is D rated for altitude
About 54 meters above sealevel

No worries. The engine on the blower was not running.

How much snow in one night?
Around 50cm
Hvordan er den når det er litt hardpakket snø?
Den spiser så å si alt. Når jeg brøyter på fokk-snø eller snø etter plogen som har passert må jeg bare roe ned på farten, men alt går i fresen.
Finland?
