You mentioned that the door can be unlocked from anywhere in the world. Yet Samsung does not allow the app or Wi-Fi to be used outside Korea or China. So how is that possible??? How can you unlock the door from anywhere in the world?
I am interested in buying this door lock. I want the Gold color lock. From what I have read, the Wi-Fi feature is optional. I would also like to buy that too. I am from the U.S.A. Could you please provide a link to a reputable seller? I've found a couple websites selling them, but I don't trust them. Thank you.
Yes it does. Wifi is for remote unlocking and notifications. Without wifi, you can still use all normal access functions of a smart lock as fingerprints, pincodes, key tags and keys
Sorry to hear that you experienced that situation. Unless the lock was incorrectly installed, it's hardly to be locked inside. From outside, in the worse case you still have back-up mechanical keys. If you need help to inspect the causes, feel free to contact me

100 fingerprints and 100 users/cards can be registered. I believe it's more than enough for a family

Upto 10 mobiles can be registered
Do NOT buy this LOCK!!! trust me you will get stuck in your house and cant be opened from inside or out!
