I have a client who has just brought one of these But he has double rebated front doors. Can you get a rebate kit for theses locks or can they only be used on single doors ?

Bought and installed this for two years. And today, the lock stopped functioning. There's no sound and nothing is displayed on the pannel. I swapped out the old batteries even when the low battery notification didn't sound. Still didn't work with new batteries. What is wrong with the lock??

@@BlockRover 25mm speed ball for door latch. 32mm hole for top on door face and 68mm on bottom. Pretty straight forward to install on solid door. I did it myself. 1hr max

Can this be installed to replace an existing lock? Not sure if the holes will match? I’ve a mega door and aluminium door frame.
