  • In this video, I will be discussing everything there is to know about the viability of Magic Chess Commander Angela’s third skill, Transfigure, and by the end of the video, you should be able to use the skill in combination with the wide range of lineups available to the skill.

    Video Concepts:
    Transfigure: Transfigure is the third skill of the commander, Angela. It is an active skill with a 3 round cooldown. It converts a selected hero into another hero of the same rarity/gold cost, prioritizing heroes within the same synergy.
    Quartermaster: You can select a piece of enhanced equipment when the Quartermaster synergy is activated. When 2 Quartermaster heroes are deployed, you can pick 1 out of 3 Basic Quartermaster equipment (which are Battlespells). When 4 Quartermaster heroes are deployed, you can pick 1 out of 3 Advanced Quartermaster Equipment. The damage of Quartermaster heroes is also increased by 20%. When 6 Quartermaster Heroes are deployed, you can pick 1 out of 3 Advanced Quartermaster Equipment. The damage of Quartermaster Heroes is also increased by 60%. The 6 Quartermaster heroes are Alucard, Guinevere, Valentina, Minsitthar, Lolita and Aamon.
    Lancer: Lancer Heroes gain increased Attack Speed. Their Basic Attacks deal Splash Damage equal to a percentage of their Physical Attack to enemy heroes within 9 tiles around the target (the Splash Damage does not trigger Attack Effects). When 2 Lancer Heroes are deployed, their Attack Speed is increased by 10% and their Basic Attacks deal 20% Splash Damage. When 4 Lancer Heroes are deployed, their Attack Speed is increased by 15% and their Basic Attacks deal 35% Splash Damage. When 6 Lancer Heroes are deployed, their Attack Speed is increased by 30% and their Basic Attacks deal 50% Splash Damage. The 6 Lancer Heroes are Zilong, Moskov, Arlott, Minsitthar, Silvanna and Alpha.
    Zilong: Zilong is a 4G Hero with Cadia Riverlands and Lancer Synergies. When he activates his skill, Supreme Warrior, Zilong gains 110% Attack Speed for 7.5s. At Level 2, the Attack Speed Bonus is the same. At Level 3, the Attack Speed Bonus is increased to 200%. For every 3 Basic Attacks, Zilong hits enemies continuously, each time dealing (40% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and recovering (30% Total Physical Attack) HP
    Minsitthar: Minsitthar is a 3G Hero with Quartermaster and Lancer Synergies. When he activates his skill, Shield Assault, Minsitthar enters Phalanx state for 3s, reducing damage taken by 55% at Level 1, 60% at Level 2 and 65% at Level 3. and enhancing his next 4 Basic Attacks, each dealing (115% Total Physical Attack) at Level 1, (170% Total Physical Attack) at Level 2 and (280% Total Physical Attack) at Level 3, Physical Damage to the target and the enemy 1 tile behind
    Magic Crystal: The Magic Crystal is a special enhancement which can be obtained on Round 4. 16 synergies have Magic Crystals - Weapon Master, Marksman, Elementalist, Mage, Guardian, Lancer, Wrestler, Assassin, Nature Spirit, Quartermaster, Astro Power, Northern Adventurer, Cadia Riverlands, Immortals, Mystic Bureau and Inferno Fiend. When a Magic Crystal is equipped on a Hero that does not belong to the Synergy of the Magic Crystal, the Effects of the Synergy are transferred to the Hero. The Magic Crystal counts towards the completion of the Synergy.
    Rune: Runes are augments that can be added to a Magic Crystal to increase its efficiency. A total of 2 Runes can be selected per game, on Round 7 and Round 13. There are 36 Runes in Magic Chess Season 18. The effects of Runes could be exclusive to the Magic Crystal Carrier, exclusive to the members of the Magic Crystal Synergy or have general purposes.
    Blessings: A Blessing is a Buff granted at random to Heroes when they are upgraded from one Level to the next. Each Player can get a maximum of two Blessings per game. Blessings increase the Physical Attack of the Hero by 2% and their Magic Power by 30. They also count towards the completion of the synergy of the Blessing.

    So I'm fairly decent now with the synergy and got to epic II. But can u consider between ling, fanny, and layla (free heroes to choose in the newcomer bonus). And also which skill is good for the chosen commander. Thank you!

      If these are the three options, I highly recommend fanny as she is the least affected by changes in the meta (she's also the simplest while being very effective).

    Watched your tutorial for beginner and I used harper skill 1 until gm. Now I am gm 1 and near epic. What commander should I use? I'm thinking maybe tharz, fanny, vale, or angela? Thanks

      I personally recommend fanny to start with because her skill is unaffected by the synergy you use (it adds an extra hero slot, that's it). It's a "balanced" multipurpose skill you can use for whatever synergy.
      I personally am not a fan of vale, Angela and especially Tharz because these commanders are reliant on synergy. They're almost more difficult to master, but admittedly, have very high potential returns, especially if the synergies in the game favour them.
      So I would recommend starting with fanny and picking any of the remaining three after. (I favour Angela)

      Its super easy untill u reach mythic. Use Kaboom ....
      Elemnatlist and use the heroes with stun Tigreal, guin !!

      After playing for month i realized lots of thing like a 1coin cost hero is nothing against 4 or 5 cost heros...so even if u do 1 cost hero 3 star it is nothing against 4 or 5 ,2 star hero😅
