You really should never shut the computer down during an update, as it could cause the computer to get bricked. Windows upgrades have a safeguard (Windows Setup Rollback) that was triggered on the first boot after the technician forcefully shut the computer down during the upgrade.

Yeah but waiting while it installs drivers etc is better
I remember my entire school computer lab was updating from windows 8.1 to 10. Good times
I remember helping my school to upgrade the old windows 7 and xp pc’s to run windows 10 by just pluging in the pendrive containing free windows upgrade program ……now that I graduated i wonder did they upgrade and have wind 11 or just with the same system
bro i remember that feeling it felt like you were in the futur
Do you remember that Windows 10 logo on your 7/8.1 Taskbar leading to the free download webpage?
Really nice and helpful... Thanks!
Captures the feeling well!
back in 2021, I was eager for windows 11, but now, I wish windows 10 was back...
This should be named “it’s 2016 and you are upgrading to windows 10!”
I remember having a homework about Windows versions and ended finding Windows 10 launch trailer
Great video
1:44 OMG I've not seen that screen since I was a kid hahaha!
1:01 is the the very last of Windows 7 you will see. Say Goodbye.
Damn
tbh this version of windows 10 had a nice taskbar that nicely synced with dark theme and an amazing looking start menu. latest windows 10's taskbar's search box has a white lining in dark mode which totally sucks
you can chANGE IT
@@gmoneythestickman i use Arch now 💀💀
you can remove or change it. You can use open shell to customize it.
old win 10 was very good THANK YOU WIN 7 for my child memories :( (R.I.P)
RIP Windows 7 you will be missed.
How did you get Windows 10 RTM Iso? Can you please give download link?
@@generixer6250 Yes, I already found a Windows 10 RTM Iso, but Rufus is the Application which Extracts the Contents of the Iso to the target drive then puts it onto the target drive.
im gonna be nostalgic for windows 10 in a few years
Bruh i tought windows 10 was 10 years old wtf
its 7 years old
8.1*
since when we had windows 3628800 in 2015?
bro even the time didn't update bc he upgraded to window 10 from 7 instantly like damn
were did you got like the first version of windows 10
Finally made the jump earlier this year!
Huh, just remembered upgrading my old Windows 8 Laptop to 8.1 and later to 10. Good times
window 7 shutting down without even giving a goodbye, sad details
it was an awesome news to me when windows 10 came out, it solved a lot of stupid issue with windows 8 and i was all excited for it
now windows 11? not so much.
worst decision i ever made upgrading to this bloatware os filled with ads back in 2015, should have stayed with windows 7, it looks way better than ugly windows 10, it has character to it, and isnt fileld with bloatware and ads, windows 7 will forever be better than 10, even if its out of support. Windows 7 Will live on till the end of time as one of the all time best windows os's, back in 2015, you should have stayed on windows 7, its a much better and simpler os that is way better looking aswell than ugly minimalistic windows 10
I remember when Windows 10 launched, I downloaded it and installed it. The hype was enormous.
With Windows 11 it was like meh
I remember the first time when in 2015 I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10, but after 2 weeks I went back, because my PC I had at the time sucked...
Windows 7... The last good, non-ad, and non-corporate operating system by Microsoft...
I Miss It
Never got to own a windows 10 1st gen pc or used it.
Got my first windows 10 device in August 2021. And got it upgraded to windows 11 recently
Thank you 😊
