1) If your Employer specifically mentioned that they will take care of your maintainance in Certificate of sponsorship. No need to have funds for that applicant 2) Spouse will get dependent visa and she can work as well in UK on same visa
Bhai koi Initial Hotel accomodation UK ki book karni padti hai kya to upload it in VFS global online. I am geting one option while uploading but not sure if it is mandatory. Can anybody help me on this ?
Its not mandatory,you can give office address ,or address of you collegue as initial accomodation in case they need to contact you regarding any covid related matter

They will not ask anything from you,even if you miss something. There only task is to take your biometrics,and upload all documents provided by you. Details in your application,documents you are giving they don't care about. They just require Appointment slip(to enter permises) ,fee receipt(since VFS is one who gets this fee) and passport(identity verification for biometric) as mandatory documents

No Marksheet isn't required for sponser visa. Submit only those documents which support you facts in Visa application. In my application ,no education details were asked so i didn't gave marksheet. But keep originals with you. Also you should take colour photovopy of every document on A4 size since VFS only scans A4 size,non laminated sheets

Its because they have scanners that only accepts A4 size documents also there machine isn't able to process laminated documents. And since most of the educational certificates are bigger than A4 and have laminations,Its always good to get a colour photocopy of all such documents on A4 sheet for scanning purpose at VFS Center
For Super priority service (1.2 lakh extra) you will get decision next working day For Priority Visa you will get decision max by 5th Working day Note: All your documents should be straight forward and there should not be any suspicious thing

CoS,12 month salary slip,Bank statement and Ecctis is necessary. 12 month salary slip is mandatory for Intra company transfer visa as it is a requirement of ICT visa that employee should be working for company for minimum 12 month in home country
As per UK Government notification for "Skilled visa" below are mandatory documents When you apply you’ll need to provide: your certificate of sponsorship reference number - your employer will give you this proof of your knowledge of English a valid passport or other document that shows your identity and nationality your job title and annual salary your job’s occupation code the name of your employer and their sponsor licence number - this will be on your certificate of sponsorship Ask your employer for a copy of your certificate of sponsorship if you do not have one.
Sponser letter aren't hand written Your organization ( either its your current company registered as sponsor in UK or a UK organization registered as Sponsor with Home office) will generate that letter from UK government portal. Its not a physical letter but a electronically generated letter issues by UK Visa and Immigration on behalf of the organisation which is inviting you to work in UK

I also worked and lived in Georgia, I had the residence permits but I overstayed there after expiring my visa for the 3 months but at the immigration I paid my overstayed fine fee.So on this ground can uk reject my application ? What do you think?
There isn't any sort of interview,just some basic questions like Name,DOB,visa code and purpose of visa to verify details with application and password

Its ok,you need not even submit your marksheet for ICT as your current position in organisation itself work as proof of "Educational eligibility"

Yes there are facilities but they are chargeble.I haven't used them so cann't really tell how much they cost
