Had a quick weave last Friday.....felt cute at work then started to scratch like a mad woman. Tried the conditioner and within 10 minutes cap off, no hair loss. Thank you T

Oh my God THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! I woke up at 4am this morning after the most awful hair headache. Only been 2 days in this helmet called a quick weave... itchy and heavy af. Waay to much hair for the size of my head and got me looking like Randy Watson from Coming to America out here. Not even pissed off about the fact that I just spent over $150 between the cost of the hair and the install itself... at this point i just need it out of my head. I was dreading the removal but I literally knew the minute I left the salon this mess had to come out. Watched a few different methods on the TUBE before I got to you. Decided to try your method and I'm so glad I did. Babyyyyyy look... I used about a 1/2 cup of whatever conditioner I had (no stores open tonight bc it's Christmas eve)... Creme of Nature Pure Honey Moisturizing Conditioner for Dry Dehydrated Hair. Worked like a charm!! 35 minutes later and I'm headed back to bed. No mess and no tears and no more quick weave. No glue. No residue. Came off with a little massaging and lifting and patience. And listen... my natural hair is super fine and baby soft so I was terrified about losing edges during the process but nope!! I applied the conditioner generously to the edges just as instructed and... voila!! You saved my hair and what would have been a miserable Christmas. God bless you. 😇

I used this method last night to take down my quick weave and it worked wonderfully. I have used the oil method in the past and it did not work very well. I just want to say thank you for this video.

Hey. This method is real. It is super,super easy and takes out bonded hair easily. Just last night I did that and I did use the same brand in the vid. And the best part I liked was that all the glue came out with no black residue and my hair was soft and minimal shedding.

I never knew you could use conditioner to remove that glue. Back in the day, I would struggle with oil removers and have a black glue mess that drove me crazy lol

I wish I watched this a week ago. Within a few days I felt the itch so I used a dropper to put some oil under the cap...I didn't even think it would remove the glue- some tracks started falling out! My stylist said she could fix it but I'm thinking of taking it out completely

I'll def be using this method. I use to wear quick weaves all the time but since I went fully natural (5yrs now) I've been terrified of the glue. FYI V05 is the best cheap conditioner especially for quick weave take down.!

I buy the glue removal from Salon Pro. It was $4 at any salon store. Works like a charm.

OMG BEST METHOD EVER. did a quick weave or anything of this sort for the first time because i did the big chop & i am growing it out so it’s hitting the awkward stage.. anyways never again it only had it for one week & i had to get rid of it IMMEDIATELY due to it itching soooo badly omg i couldn’t. sooo thank you bc i couldn’t last 1 more days.

Got stitch in the front and a quick weave in the back and been trying to get it out for 2 days!!! My glue is all over instead of the perimeter girl it’s a mess so hopefully this method works 🤞🏽 be back in a few lol
I noticed hot water helps not steam. I was in the shower with a shower cap, took it off when I got out and half of my quick weave started coming off. Thanks for the video, I did my hair it was cute but i was over it 2 days later 😂😂 never again. I'm sticking to my sew-ins for now on. I don't even like individual braids the first 3 weeks my new growth start growing quick.
I've only used oil and a mosturizer so i will try conditioner. Oil has worked for me by using a lot and detangling after each braid lol but in general im lazy with any hair style take down. Currently getting ready to take out a weave thats been in for 6 weeks. Im hesitant.

I got my hair done by this stylist that was my first time going to her and she did a half up half down on my hair and she didn’t add a cap or any protection to the back of my hair. she just glued it straight to my hair and it itch really bad and I want to take it out but I don’t know how. I have to go and buy the products from this video so I can hopefully safely remove this mess from my head. I really hope this works I’ve been stressing about it hoping my hair don’t be extremely damaged.
