1:39 needs further elaboration. The higher ordination lineage of Mulasarvastivada was bought by 7th century Nalanda pandit Santaraksita to Tibet along side Buddhism. Re introduction of this lineage in mainstream India is part of the revival of Nalanda tradition of Buddhist philosophy spearheaded by HH the Dalai Lama in India. The wealth of scholarship once propounded by Nalanda Mahapandits like Nararjuna, Chandrakirti, Dharmakirti, Vasubandhu, Asanga etc is revived by exile Tibetan community and I think this is the biggest contribution by this small refugee community to India as repayment of debt they owe to India.
Anubhav, your food tour has made me nostalgic. As my father was an army officer, I stayed for about 2years in Yol Cantt and frequented the places shown by you. Your way of presentation is simply superb!
Anubhav u remind me our old Doordarshan anchors who were relaxed , no hurry , and chilled type. You also without any fuss show around and actually u tell the taste not like others who say wow before even chewing the food 😂

@14:00 that’s original Chinese red chilli oil. Called “lachao” in Chinese language. The thukpa with lachao is extremely authentic Tibetan Chinese version.
Anubhav ji, you have to bite the momo from tip of one side, then add the sauce and eat them. The way you are breaking momo into two pieces will spill the main juice. May be next time, you should ask an Tibetan how to eat the momo. Only an authentic Tibetan would know how to eat the momo properly. Anyways, I thoroughly enjoyed your recent Darj and Karshueng food vlogs. After those episodes, I’m watching Dasa vlogs
