    quick draw from gunslinger does generate sand devils. a lot of them. it does not apply brittle, but if you apply brittle by shooting the target once every 10 seconds, quick draw will generate lots and lots of sand devils.

      Your 100% right I said that subconsciously without realising I fucked up haha
      I might make this the top comment just so people can get the correct information!

      @@AussiesomeTwo no worries, it took me quite some time to figure out how this skill actually works. mainly because you cant see debuffs on the dummies, so all my testing was done against bosses.

    Ah, I made this build as soon as the patch came out. What actually generates Sand Devils is the Brittle debuff. Atm, ONLY ranged and melee damage can actually apply Brittle. However, once Brittle is on the enemy, ranged/melee/status and skill damage can proc Sand Devils off Brittle. The actual strange part is that some gun mods, particularly Nebula that you are using, can apply Brittle by itself despite not being Ranged damage. Without it, you have to make sure to keep Brittle up with your gun every 10 seconds otherwise which makes it very clunky for any boss that resets or is hyper aggressive.
    When this works, I legit DELETED Astropath in 5 seconds on Apocalypse. When it doesn't, it *really* doesn't as the only way to make it even remotely reliable without the clunk is investing in mod regen with Nebula and mob clear for running through maps is going to be painful no matter what.

    I just replied to another comment, but its working as intended, it's just a really weird skill.
    Only Ranged and Melee damage applies Brittle. Brittle is needed for ALL damage to create the sand devils. You need to manually shoot targets every 10 seconds to trigger the sand devils via skill damage etc.
    Engineer turrets only trigger sand devils after you first shoot enemies to apply Brittle for example.
    Nebula's nano swarm seems bugged however. It seems to be classed as ranged damage and applying brittle when it shouldn't. The rest of the skill seems to work however.

      Haha okay so I wasn’t losing my marbles 😂
      Interesting to know, such a weird skill haha but i suppose needing the range or melee to proc “brittle” to then generate sand devils makes sense otherwise this skill would be busted 😂
      Really appreciate you dropping the knowledge dude 💪

    Could Sapphire Dreamstone replace Burden of the Rebel? We are criting, so would that help or hurt?
    Okay, look, I often play more like a punching bag than a damage dealer.😂 I like to use relics quickly when I need them.
    Maybe I’ve got it wrong, but it is taking me time to understand the synergies. Especially when shit doesn't work as intended.
    Your content is top shelf, keep educating and kicking ass.

      It’s been awhile since I’ve touched this build if I’m being honest 😂
      It’s gotten much stronger if you manage to get the NEW legendary fragment that cuts skill cool-down by 50% you would have infinite skill spam (if you can be fucked grinding for it haha) otherwise sapphire might the way to go if your after more skill spam 👌
      Appreciate you for checking out the content means a lot!

    Mirage's Cyclone now has the melee tag so it will apply brittle with a swing or two every couple seconds. Might be an idea.

      Ohh I didn’t realise this!
      I was working on a melee build but might try the mirage now, appreciate you bringing this knowledge forward dude 👌

    For coop. If someone else is using something that applies brittle will that work for me?

    • @AussiesomeTwo
      @AussiesomeTwo  8 месяцев назад

      That’s a really good question dude!
      I would like to assume so?
      Nebulas nano swarms while way of lydusa is up will apply brittle for you so if that works in coop that would be very nice synergy with your team mate 👌

    So
    Legacy Protocol: Lowers skill cooldown by 20% and increased skill duration by 15%
    And
    Magnifying Glass: Increases Skill and Mod Duration by 30% and their AOE or Aura Sizes by 20%.
    I just feel like lasting 30% longer and being 20$ bigger is better than coming back 20% faster
    (Everyone's GF told me to say this like that lol)

      Exploration would be 10x better haha just blast enemies through walls haha

      @@AussiesomeTwo You also don't have to go to N'Erud to look for Legacy Protocol, If you don't already have it. (Srry, hate N'Erud)

    The damage this build puts out is insane.. But the stagger seems to only work on certain bosses for me.. And, for some reason, I Can't consistently get a double sand blast in rotation between Eruptions. (I understand that brittle needs to be applied every 10 secs or so)
    I don't have slow on my melee weapon but I wouldn't think that would be the cause.. Could be though

    • @AussiesomeTwo
      @AussiesomeTwo  8 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah man the damage is absolutely disgusting haha
      I wouldn’t always get full charges on the second WoL blast but I would believe maybe having slow on melee might make a difference as your eruption would be doing more damage?
      Interesting to know tho dude you’ll have to let me know if it’s any better once you unlock slow on the misfortune mutator!

    is this game in alpha? There seems to be a lot of issues with performance, bugs, etc. It is very frustrating.

    • @AussiesomeTwo
      @AussiesomeTwo  8 месяцев назад +2

      Agreed man!
      the performance of the game recently has been shocking multiple crashes both on Pc and console. The recent update might have played a part?
      Not sure, hopefully it gets sorted soon but I’m sure the devs are aware of the issue

    Shits def bugged. I randomly stop generating sand devils some times, ill have to manyally proc them and they start auto procing again

    • @TheRealCurrants
      @TheRealCurrants 8 месяцев назад +2

      To me it just sounds like Brittle is wearing off?
      You only apply Brittle via ranged or melee damage (for some reason Nebula's nano swarm works too)
      Brittle is needed for sand devils to be generated by any damage.
      I think the only thing bugged is Nano Swarm shouldn't be classed as ranged damage to apply Brittle, it should only be ranged and melee that applies it
