The first 2 movements are tremendous whil the last 2 are stisfactory. Altogether an expansive symphony from Haaydn.

As a subjective viewpoint, your comment about the final two movements could be counted unusual, as an objective analysis it is simply wrong.
The finale for example is a lengthy,* concentrated monothematic tour de force that skilfully blends the motivic, melodic, harmonic contrapuntal and dramatic contents to a degree unparalleled in the 18th century Classical symphony; it is a movement which like the finale of Mozart’s ‘Jupiter’ symphony is a musical apotheosis of the whole work.
      * It is one of Haydn’s longest symphonic finales coming in at a substantial 386 bars.
