2003 was really just when it all went out of control for Head, getting far too into meth and other drugs. Its no wonder he forced himself out of the band for so long, so that he could get his life back on track. You can just tell listening to this performance how out of it he was.
Also back then they weren't using reverse headstocks and Evertune bridges, so the low strings had like no tension and they were super blubby and heavy sounding lol
A day of fever here in Sweden, and out of watching bad comics all day to lighten my mind, this comes to mind. A few minutes of Korn made me feel so much better
This is the best song to break out singing when someone is demanding something unreasonable from you. Needless to say all the bummers of change or cigs in my downtown area pretty much leave me be.
I just saw Korn preform less than a week ago. They do still preform it. They left the stage after closing with this song, but later came out and did an encore.
Goddamnit I wish I was alive for this. I’ll be making up for not existing by seeing them in concert in September but damn this looks SICK. I’m so excited though 😄
First! Where is Head? Knowing now what he was going through then, makes me appreciate these times of the original lineup. The fact that I wanted to see them then will forever haunt me, but what he means to this band is far more important. I enjoy it when he does tweek the riff and mess it up in a sense...funny how he isn't filmed much in 2003-04. I like it when he is fucked up. Korn is the best rock&roll band ever!
wait...they perform this live? Isnt this song like a big fuck you to their record label, the recording industry, and their fans? Korn didn't want to make a single for their fans or record label until they were forced to, and this is what came out...
2002-2004 was heads heaviest and darkest time
Man I loved watching that shit on MTV sitting at home all cosy and warm

His Jesus phase was ..
@@ThunderTHR he sounds fine, here ..
@@filipecoutinho5706 do you hear him? he butchered that shit
i love the way cameraman zoom in and zoom out aggressively🤣
The most 90's/00's camera technique ever
The rawness in this live performance makes this one of their best imo, even with heads sloppy playing, it definitely adds something to it
Head is not here. I dont see him
@@goranr1217he's there. They barely filmed him.
Also back then they weren't using reverse headstocks and Evertune bridges, so the low strings had like no tension and they were super blubby and heavy sounding lol
Personally, I think heads sloppiness brings back that raw 96 sound they had
I bought this album for this song, this word is spoken everyday only Korn can say it with meaning! 😳
i missed david a lot..
what a raw energy !

como to my country and leave with me
I love how there goes somewhat of a shock through the crowd at 2:37 as the breakdown kicks in :D
Even bad Korn live performances are still better than most bands at their best.
I love the crowd saying “FUCK THAT SHIT!”
I just saw Korn preform less than a week ago. They do still preform it. They left the stage after closing with this song, but later came out and did an encore.
Same when I saw them in 2022 lol
One of the best live songs ever

Olivier Payette from
Jonathan Davis, maravilhoso, incrível, inteligente, lindo, canta muito, um excelente pai. ❤🎉Korn ❤
It's a sea of people... holy shit!
Dudes recording were having a blast I’m sure
After 2000 (Milennium age) Korn warned us how dark its gonna be after that with their Album "Take a look at mirror".
Damn head
He was going through some rough times
I was just born that year but I should have been there
I can hear how totaly wasted Head was :D
Goddamnit I wish I was alive for this. I’ll be making up for not existing by seeing them in concert in September but damn this looks SICK. I’m so excited though 😄
Korn always sounds like album live
Man, Head sounds really bad here. I think this was around the height of his addiction.
Stay away from methamphetamine kids.....
Give it up for Rammstein alter mann ha ha
2004 was heads heaviest time......
Ber Tii Berti 89 The dude could barely play guitar at this point, man.

Hell yeah 🤘🤘🤘🤘🖤✨✨✨
La mejor banda de rock de Bakersfield california..
i know david is not the best of drummers, but still like his style

A genius.
David silveria the soul of koRn Groove
I can't tell who's higher, head or the cameraman
lol ;))))
Personally I think the way head is playing here makes it that more hard real and intense like the studio probably was
W music
I don't think they play it anymore :(
I miss David he was the key to groove
2:55 Dean?????

That wall of sound

David still in the band
You made me spill my stacks......mother....
fuk dat
The worst performance of Y'all Want a Single (mainly because of Head drinking too much alcohol and taking too much methamphetamine).
i miss david
It's amazing how much better this song sounds live these days. I guess that's what you get when you add a far superior drummer and get off the drugs.
Has nothing to do with the drummer, David was always pretty professional/sober when it came time to hit the stage.
Yal want a sngle say sucker that 😂
Pretty agressive I must say.

No their label wanted them to write a radio single, something that’s not very KoRn, so KoRn wrote Ya’ll want a single as a “fuk you” song to them
@@_.10.cents._ Yeah, they wanted another hit like Got The Life.
Shitty camera work. Where are Fieldy and Head?
Head plays really bad this song...
one of the guitars just play aweful
He was addicted to meth :
Seen the guys back in 2004 fucking best ever nothing like a heavy metal wearing a leather kilt
